My mom is not there yet, but Erica Taylor is director of emissions. She is so professional has a wealth of information and she doesn’t give off as if she’s tired of answering the questions I gave this facility a five star because of Erica Taylor and if by any chance I will place my mom there. It would be because Ericka Taylor took the time out with me to help me understand the process of admission. They say your first impression is a lasting impression and she has made a lasting impression of how she handled me when making it Inquiry about Blue Circle. If anyone is out there, considering Blue Circle please speak to Erica Taylor do a tour and I believe Will be happy, placing your loved one there

I’ve visited many nursing facilities over the years, and more often than not, I’ve left feeling heartbroken and disheartened by the conditions our elderly are subjected to. It’s truly distressing to see people who deserve dignity living in despair. But I’m so happy to say—that is not the case with this facility.

Now, anyone who knows me knows I don’t sugarcoat anything. You’ll always get my honest opinion. When I first walk into any facility, the first thing I notice is the smell—it’s usually the first sign of whether or not a place is being properly maintained. This facility smelled clean and fresh, which immediately set a positive tone.

Everyone I encountered was smiling, well-groomed, and clearly cared for. The residents looked content, the rooms were clean and consistently maintained, and not once did I meet a rude or disengaged staff member. On the contrary, every employee I observed was laughing, interacting warmly with residents and with each other, creating a truly uplifting environment.

I have a loved one here, and I came in ready to scrutinize everything—looking for any reason to raise concerns or consider moving her if needed. But I left feeling incredibly reassured. The leadership here clearly sets a strong example, and the relationships between the staff and residents reflect genuine care and respect.

I understand that for many families, placing a loved one in a facility may come from necessity—whether due to physical limitations, finances, or other circumstances. It’s comforting to know that places like this still exist—where care, dignity, and community are more than just words.

My family and I had been touring facilities for my sister who needed 24 hr care, we was given Blue Circle as an accepting facility from Barnes hospital. We had a great experience at Blue Circle Rehab, all our questions were answered by staff, everyone was very polite and straightforward. During the tour which we didn't have to schedule and we was not rushed out the building which is very good, we noticed how All residents look happy, smiling, interacting with other residents, participating in activities, resident were well dressed, staff spoke as we walked by, calls lights where being answered. Rooms where cleaned and well kept and no smell of Urine. Unfortunately we as a family did not chose BCR only because of the drive it would be for our elderly parents.

I want to aknowledge that Blue circle is a far better nursing home than the others that I have been in, in missouri. Whatever problems they had, they have no more. They are working diligently to change their reputation. The food is excellent and the dietary staff goes out if their way to give snacks at non-meal times. The nurses are punctual with showers and medication. Also checking on all patients to make sure they are doing OK throughout their shift. Beds and linen are changed and washed daily. Clothing is taken at shower time and returned from laundry the next day on hangers. Rooms are cleaned and mopped daily, toiletries are always in stock with extras available. The atmosphere is friendly and nonabrasive. Social work and administration is very helpful with any needs. Staff will also work with you for specialty needs. I needed additional assistance with my therapy and staff was able to assist to make sure I was able to go out to receive the special therapy the VA could provide me. Today alone I have been asked 4 times about when I would be ready for my shower as to ensure they work with my schedule because I am frequently at appointments at the VA. I am engaged daily with activities and other residents and I play cards daily.

Since inception, the staff has been professional, courteous, & compassionate! Everyone has been friendly & has shown a genuine interest for our loved one. I would like to express a "huge" thank you to Erica for a job well done. She provided a step by step layout of the process & what to expect. The residents appear to be happy, they're dressed, up & out of their rooms relaxing in the lounge area and/or patio. Additionally, the staff demonstrates teamwork when required. The overall condition is clean, devoid of any odors. I'm certainly pleased that they were able to admit our loved one.

The staff at Blue Circle Rehab and Nursing are great. They really are compassionate and caring people. My uncle was there for his rehab and they listened to my concerns and were responsive whenever I contacted them with additional questions that I had. They were transparent about everything. It was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders knowing that such a good group of people were caring for my uncle. He’s a lot better now. Highly recommended.
