Don’t deal with Michelle if you go to this location . She must be a new hire because she booked me twice for times close to when they were closing after being en route to the location I recieved text saying I missed my appointment . I called the center and she told me that it was impossible for me to have had an appointment at 3:30 because they closed at 4:00 and I was lying . After rebooking writing the rebook time in my notes and putting her on speaker for my mother to hear to confirm the time so I wouldn’t be late I arrived Monday at 3:07 bright and early so I wouldn’t miss it when I walked in she told me I was late and I said how when u told me 3:30 long story short she called me a liar again . Because I rushed from work I forgot my id which was my fault for benefit pickup.I live 4 minutes away from center she told me that’s my problem she would not be waiting for me to get it and I had to schedule a new appt 3 weeks out didn’t even try to work with me I told her I would report her . Her manager was no better told me I was the one confused and that there’s 3 sides to every story . Some not all of the workers are racist be aware they treated me like I was just another welfare case and backed eachothers stories up and tried to convince me I was the disrespectful one . Cathy was very polite and helpful the entire time . This location is horrible they demand respect but don’t give it and the manager co signs their disrespect . They think because we need government help we are beneath them . If this location wasn’t the closest to me I wouldn’t be going here anymore horrrible customer service if you like being treated like you are the scum of the earth or want to be judged degraded and unbelieved when a worker disrespects you just take the time out of your day and come here as if we already don’t feel bad we need government assistance to raise our children and depend on these people for their livelihoods and aren’t single moms judged by society already

Wonderful supplemental program for our area they also do outreach at events around the area. It's nice low income families can count on wic to help offset their regular grocery and formula expenses.

Once you get past the extremely rude and understandable gate keeper in the front office the rest of the ladies are very friendly and knowledgeable.

They weren't able to get my daughter in for her appointment until the 19th of the month because they are short staffed and wouldn't refill her card without an appointment. She asked for an appointment the middle of May. That doesn't help her feed her baby for 3 weeks.
