I have been using Bivona Dental for several years. I have never had a bad experience and the whole staff is great.
This week I had to have a crown. I have had previous crowns and I was dreading the process. But to my surprise the process has changed and I left the office that day with a permanent crown and the process is so much better than what I had before. No impression with that awful goop. There is a new computerized system with a camera! So much more comfortable. Dr. Bivona is great at giving the numbing shots and is so considerate throughout the process making sure you are comfortable. I left telling them "I am impressed". Brandi, the assistant was great also!
From the time you walk in the door until you walk out you will encounter a friendly and professional staff which will do their best to make you comfortable.

Dr. Bivona and his staff are absolutely amazing! Everyone made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. My hygienist, Beth, made my first visit very enjoyable. Also, Tina at the checkout desk was wonderful to work with on scheduling a procedure and answering any questions. My hygienist, Hannah, on procedure day was so comforting and sweet. Dr. Bivona is the best! He explains everything thoroughly, truly listens to any concerns and makes sure you are comfortable with your treatment plan. Cannot recommend this office enough! Thank you! This experience was a breath of fresh air compared to any office I used previously! I will be using Bivona Family Dental for all of my dental needs.

I went to Bivona Family Dental today because I had broken my tooth. It was determined that I would need a crown and was able to get everything done in one visit. The wait time was minimal and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Bivona Family Dental!

I love Dr Bivona and his staff. I have had crowns, extractions, dental implants, bone grafts, and now mini dental implants. He has always been professional and knowledgeable, and he is so kind, gentle and caring. I wouldn't ever use anyone else!

Our previous dentist retired and Dr. Bivona was referred to us by a family friend. Today I had my first appointment, and I had a wonderful experience. The receptionist was cheerful and so polite, and was very helpful when needing to retrieve my old records. My hygienist was Beth, and she was super sweet. She was personable during my visit and kept up conversation. At the end, I got to meet Dr. Bivona and you can’t go wrong when he says “Beautiful teeth”. 10/10 Highly recommend this practice. I came home to my husband and told him when he makes his initial appointment to request Beth, because he will have a great first visit!
