I first saw Dr. Lindsay at Beyond Physical Therapy a little over a month ago because the muscles around my neck and shoulders are always super tight and I would have pain whenever I would workout my right shoulder.

I have been receiving dry needling treatment, which has been fantastic. There are times when it's very uncomfortable, but the next day I always feel awesome. If you have a needle phobia, there are other things she can do if dry needling would be the recommended treatment for you, so don't let a fear of needles keep you from seeking treatment.

In my first appointment we discussed what kind of exercises I was doing and Dr. Lindsay gave me some new ones to help strengthen my shoulders.

Dr. Lindsay truly cares about you and your health and wants to see you feeling great. I will not hesitate to continue to see her and recommend her to anyone I know having aches and pains that I think she can help.
