I typically don’t do this, but I’m so frustrated with the lack of care and hospitality at this clinic. When we do actually see Dr. Bradshaw she seems caring. However, whoever answers the phone calls fo scheduling or any other questions is extremely rude! Today I called at 9:45 am because my daughter (Dr. Bradshaw’s patient since she was born) was complaining about her ear and in major pain! She’s currently on vacation with our family to see Christmas lights. Out of fear she could possibly catch something worse by taking her to urgent care in Branson, I called Wynne Medical Clinic since this wouldn’t be the first time she has had an ear infection. Hoping she could call something in to a pharmacy in Branson, since she knows my child’s history, the lady who answered the phone informed me she would relay the message to the doctor and get back with me. I call again at 12:47, the same lady tells me “honey it’s not even been an hour since you called last so she hasn’t even had time to look into your case.” I tell her it’s actually been almost 3 hours and just wanted to guarantee I would receive some kind of feedback. The lady was very rude. Said “Yes, once again when she gets to it but you have to wait longer than an hour for an answer.” Needless to say my daughter went to Urgent Care and never received a phone call back at all from the doctor or her staff. This is not the first time of having a bad experience with the lack of respect from the front desk. This same lady specifically. We will be going to a different pediatrician needless to say.
