I just got my insurance and I have been trying to set up an appointment to be seen at this doctors office. I have left several messages to schedule my first appointment and no response back. If you are thinking about using this pcp. Please choose a better option this doctor office doesn’t have receptionist’s who answer. This is horrible

Erin Woltjen is amazing my boys see her i have no problems with her at all. My problem is with a nurse whom told me Joseph MD shalu refused to do a over the phone appointment with me because my boys are not updated on vaccines my oldest is medically exempt from all vaccines they are life treating to my oldest child and I would never give my youngest child them after the experience I had with my first. A nurse told me Joseph MD shalu who refused to see them because they are not vaccinated all i wanted was to know how much Tylenol to give them for a fever

Even tho I rated it a one it's really a 0 in the dental department no one answers the phone because they got no Receptionist so u gotta call the main desk and Even then with all them women in the front good luck ever getting a call back it's sad smh.

Nobody picks up the phone to make appointments. Called multiple time today and left 3 messages and still no response. So many people at the front so I don’t understand how NOBODY picks up for scheduling appointments for my child.

Just called 3 times and got no answer, no voicemail, just hangs up. Update. 6 months later and still have trouble getting anyone to answer their phone or give a call back. My health is seriously being affected by lack of healthcare. Don't come here if you actually want to get healthcare services 😑

The pediatric doctors and nurses are great. So I guess you are wondering why a 2 rating. The girls in the front whom are supposed to answer the phone need to be all fired. How is it that everyday anyone calls no matter what time it's hard to reach this place? Get better staff please. Not only that but the unprofessionalism is crazy. I called a month ago to get an appointment for my child gave it to me and didn't even give me the time just hung up. Trynna call back since then no one answers the phone guess you have to show up personally.

How am I supposed to call and schedule an appointment for my kids when the phone line keeps saying busy. I called them yesterday and still no return call back and now it's been well over 24 hours. This is all one big headache
