The team at BFD always does a terrific job in every department. From the staff at the front desk to the dental assistants and support staff they are always very helpful and instructive. You feel at home here and well taken care of. The dentists have been just terrific and I’m not always an easy customer. Props to all for their wonderful support.

I've been going to Benicia Family Dentistry for about 10 years now. Initially, I switched from my dental service in San Francisco to Benicia because I retired and it was much more convenient to go to a place that's local, but Benicia Family Dentistry is so much more than just being more convenient. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes the patient (me) comfortable from the moment you step into office.

Benicia Family Dentistry is and has always been very professional, intelligent, kind, and considerate. They are very welcoming, generous, and friendly. I love them. God bless them. They continue to be wonderful! ♥️ I had a good appointment today. It is nice to see everyone. They are all so nice.

I had another good appointment today. I was given nitrous oxide and it really helped a lot. It helped me to relax. Two teeth were worked on and I did not feel any pain.

They also have coffee, tea, cold water with fruit, and cookies in their reception area. It is so kind of them to provide this for us.

They take turns making cookies throughout December for us. It was very nice of them.

It is great that they have a box in the lobby to collect food during the holidays for those less fortunate.

I had a great appointment today. She was very thorough and thoughtful.

I love how they decorate for the holidays. Even the bathroom - it smelled really good, too.

It's my first experience here and I love it! I have had many issues with my gums due to medications to treat brain cancer and epilepsy. They understood my anxiety very well. I felt so at ease with no judgment. The cleaning process was comfortable and painless. I highly recommend this dentist.
