My father was there for Respite Care through hospice this week. This facility is AMAZING! From the nurses, to the aids, to the janitorial staff, this place treated each resident as their own. We saw an aid painting the nails an elderly woman, staff just sitting and talking to lonely patients, and nurses treating my dad with such love. I would RECOMMEND this place to anyone - and I am not easy to please. Thank you Belvedere, for helping my family through this hard time.

Administrative staff, nursing and therapist have no idea what to tell the family once they go home. They have no knowledge of what to do for care once released. Nobody knows anything and when I asked thinking they would have knowledge of care you can give or contact of people you could call or brochures of telling you what to do for your family member once you get home, they knew nothing. I met with three people and a fourth showed up later. Not one had any information as to after care once home. Me thinking they’re the experts and should know that’s why I met with them, but I know that I can look it up online. Search on sites and find what I need. Which is what I did, but I thought them being in the business. They would have firsthand knowledge that could save me The trouble of trying to find things on my own, but I did and what really bothered me most was that when we left the meeting, they all laughed like we were some kind of joke. I could hear them laughing as soon as we got out of their site in the hallway. I thought that was very unprofessional to be such a beautiful place which it is. I’ll give them that but their expert help and I use the term lightly have no knowledge of what should be done once the patient is released from their care.

My father was there supposedly for rehab as an inpatient for 18 days. Had 1 shower in 18 days. Asked for details of his medicine dosages and rehab activities only to be told no, don't bring up HIPPA either. Makes me wonder what they actually did while he was there. They didn't even care that they were releasing him knowing he could not do anything alone. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When I asked for help on the weekend all I got was huff and puff from the workers. I literally stood there while a worker was tested for COVID, which came back positive. Worst run place I've seen in my 57 years of life. Watch your loved ones closely if you have to use this place. Administrator needs checked for sure.

My husband grandmother is at Belvedere and we have the best expertise every time any family has seen her. She’s in the best care as well, always providing for her needs and keeping her active. Even through COVID they have kept my mother in law informed and updated with anything happening with her mom and as well within the facility. We are so grateful that she is there and in the best of hands!!

This is a wonderful place. With my mom’s limited resources I never thought I would be able to place her in a facility this nice. My mom was formally diagnosed with Alzheimer’s 2 years ago. I never thought the day would come so soon that she would need 24 hour care. I cannot say enough good things about the staff here! The staff in the office was helpful and accommodating. The staff in the memory care unit are all wonderful. And with the public health crisis we are currently experiencing they have done so much. From visits at the windows, to FaceTime calls on their personal cell phones, they have tried to reassure us that she is I. The best hands possible. I visited several facilities in the area before making this choice and hands down, from the second I walked in for an unannounced tour I knew this was the place for my mom.

My Mom has been a resident here for a little over a year. She moved in just before COVID in March of 2020 and I was not able to be with her. Though it was a tough year, the staff always kept me up to date with what was going on from the administration to the nurses in the memory care unit!! A big shout out to Kelly for helping me with all the paperwork!! Jamie for helping me pick out her room and Hylan the head nurse in the memory care... she is absolutely AWESOME!!! They are taking great care of my mom when I could not be there!! I highly recommend Belvedere

This is a great facility with wonderful care for your loved ones. The nurses are such caring people. My mother lives there, she has dementia, and the nurses say caring for these ladies is like caring for their grandmothers. We are so pleased with the care my mother is receiving.

We could not be happier with the care that our mother has received at Belvedere! The facility is so clean and beautiful! The staff has been wonderful to Mom and always accommodating to us. They've gone the extra mile to ensure the safety of their residents during the pandemic. We are so grateful for their care and kindness!
