Once again sitting in Bellin's waiting room, forced to listen to their big fancy TV advertise themselves to me. They'll never prioritize patient comfort and well-being over dollars, that's why they need to advertise to us.
Update Feb 5 2025, now they have added music through the overhead speakers to their waiting room and are still playing the advertising TV. Just hell for people with sensory disorders.

I have had good experiences with the people at the marinette location for years, and I feel bad for the one-star review because of that, but I recently went for an appointment to get a prescription for a new Cpap machine . I was in and out 5 minutes no exam or “diagnosis”. My insurance was billed for a sleep study, and I had to pay $300 instead of my $50 co-pay. I have been given the run around by the billing department and customer services for the past 3 months. They keep saying they will call back and never do. Then instead of calling they send a message on the app saying they reviewed it and don’t feel like it was coded wrong. But yet when I call they can’t tell me why it was coded the way it was and that a certain person will call me back but they won’t. Sad

I moved from Michigan went to bellin health for my primary care doctor. I was discriminated because I am volunteering on prescription medicaited drug treatment which has kept me clean for ten years. Was not prescribed the non narcotic nerve pain medicine I need for my neuropathy. Was treated rude and with disrespect after all my time clean made me want to go use again.should be looked up to for straightening my life out not looked down for it. I do not recommend this place and wish I hadn't wasn't my time going there. While in the office the doc pretended like she cared but it was all fake. Now I either have to use or quite my job and end up homeless or just end it all

I have had multiple experiences with bellin health Marinette where it was both good and bad but the most recent one has been very disconcerting and discouraging because I tried talking to a provider's nurse once again and this time she decided to do what is considered damage control and just drop me from my primary. She notified yes but she never was willing to work with me and because of this I again have to find another provider for primary because they are unwilling to listen to me. If you go here before warned you may get dropped

My nurse practitioner, Linda Bahde, is excellent . She listened to all my concerns and took the time to answer all my questions. Very good experience. I would also like to say their cancer care center is excellent. I spent a lot of time there with a close relative and their doctors, chemo nurses, and radiology departments were knowledgable, caring, compassionate, and made that trying time a lot less stressful and they were very helpful.
