Sarah is the rudest most awful receptionist. My goodness, if you dont like your job or people, maybe working the front desk isn't for you. Every single time I have had the unfortunate luck of having to speak with her she has been just nasty.

If I could give no stars that is what I would do. I called and spoke with Francine as I was going to be a few minutes later than my appointment time. She stated that after seven minutes that my appointment time would be given to someone else. Ok that's fine as I was close. I arrived at six minutes after spoke with Sara at the front desk at exactly seven minutes after and she said that she had to check with the doctor to see if she could still get me in. I said that I was told seven minutes after was ok but not anymore but I was still turned away. I was also told to go to bellin in Marinette on my lunch hour and that they could help me out. Completely rude and don't stick to their appointment times. I was also told that they schedule three people all at the same time for one doctor and that's why I was turned away. Get your act together. Your poor scheduling is not my problem and don't tell me to go see someone else on my lunch break. Poor customer service. I will be sharing this with everyone I know so that they don't get the same poor treatment. Please learn from your mistakes.

Friendly, helpful, with wonderful care. Had a medical issue that needed to dealt with quickly, and they found an appointment for me that day and took care of me. Saved me a drive to GB, and many more hours of discomfort. Very grateful!

Service was fine, but billing was poor. The only clinic we have been to that charged an office visit to get a Covid test. Go somewhere else to get your test.
