While it's true they are bad about return phone calls they always pick up in the morning. They are also very considerate and will work with getting your pet in asap. The veterinarian and handlers were very nice to my 2 dogs and toddler in tow. Also saving $300 from an off base vet quote is nice too.

Outstanding! Dr Graves is a superb vet. Very wise, great 'clinical instinct', commited to her patients, takes time to educate pet owners, genuine and kind! She truly elevates this place! Sheena is most incredible staffer-so amiable, natural, always returns your calls and ready to help out! It's a tremendous shame they are forced to work with such limited resources!!!!!

The VTF is always super reliable and the staff is very kind. Dr. Moon always takes the time with my dog and I to discuss the concerns. Prices are very good. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Horrible experience! Took my cats to them for their paperwork for flying/PCSing to Hawaii, even though it was a 90 minute drive, because I was told they do it all the time and have everything ready. They didn't follow the airlines guidelines for acclimation wording and when I took my cats for their flight they got turned away. Vet wouldn't change the wording per the airline or refund me. Said this happens often. Don't use them!!! It's a stress you don't need and money wasted.
