My wife and I was in the board and care business for over 30 plus years and your facility was the only one we referred too. Now that our loved one needs care, we chose your facility to take care of her. We are very impressed with the new Beach Creek facility, everything is fresh and clean. Your standards seem very high, very pleasant decor, very nice and helpful staff.

Long overdue. This place is very nice but unfortunately with every nice nursing home comes a very heavy workload. 3 nurses for almost 90 pts. They like to lowball on LVN so please negotiate your rate especially with the ratios they have. 30+ pts and administrator is greedy. Did not care about nurses being over worked or hearing them out. Claimed that the facility is actually staffed when a nurse has 29-32 patients and CNA with 12 in the evening. Nurses constantly asked for extra help and administration said NO. They just dont care it’s all for profits. Ooooffff don’t get me started on the CHARTING.

My mom was just recently here, she had a severe stroke and came to Beach Creek after her hospital stay. Everyone from admin (Charlene) to nursing staff (Marta) and all the other nurses were wonderful and caring with my mom. The facility is very clean. I have no complaints. Thank you Beach Creek.

The facility is always clean and well lit. The staff are always greeting the residents with a smile. When I round the facility I see residents actively participating in their therapy and positive comments about their care. Lots of dedicated nursing staff at the facility.

My brother is in this facility. The care he receives is superb. It is clean, they are caring, professional, kind, gentle, always smiling and encouraging and supportive. They did the work for him to get Medi Cal. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you and God bless you.

My mother-in-law has been in the facility twice within the past year. It has been a very positive experience and she definitely improves while in their care. One thing I really appreciate is that they keep family involved and informed. When I visit, staff frequently drops in to do follow ups with patients and they usually have pen and paper to record any comments. They are very proactive and on top of any concerns that either the family or patient might have. It is an excellent care facility and they go out of their way to ensure that each resident is as comfortable and content as possible, given the situation.

I was a patient at this facility and I have to give them a A+in every Department, very nice and clean environment, everyone there was very friendly and helpful and pleasant, from the custodian to the administrator, and I had the best nurse ever (Yessi Mcphetridge) and the food was good too, I give strong recommendation, you will not be sorry.
