Mom is 97 and has a studio apartment that's really cozy. She says she feels like she's in a fancy hotel. I personally am more concerned about the care she received. Which is outstanding. She wanted to come home after her visit to the nursing facility associated with Bayshire. But after a couple of days she's really warming up too maybe just staying there. Far better care and she will get it home for around the same price. Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That's why I like 1 to 10 because I would give them a nine.

The nurses are good at checking in on my husband, a patient at Bayshire. They came in and checked on the swelling in the legs by pressing and seeing how it comes back up to normal. They did delay on sharing how to use the plastic cup urinal when they said they would come back soon there was a great time delay because probably they’re busy. The nurse stayed nice even though my husband was letting her know that she promised to come back and didn’t and he eliminate on himself and the sheets. While in the room, they should have educated him on how to use it. The cleanup crew comes in regularly. The food is really good quality. The ladies are very friendly and overall it’s really a good place. It has a beautiful environment with lovely decor. It is bright and cheerful, and the people are quite supportive so I would highly recommend it.

I went to visit a resident from the assistant living where I work. This was the first time I’ve ever been inside of Bayshire, the first thing I noticed was the wonderful Clean scent! Everyone was friendly, the residents looked comfortable and neat. I love the way I could sign in using the kiosk. My friend is receiving excellent care. Just from this experience alone and what I observed, I would highly recommend it.

My dad was anxious about moving into assisted living. The staff has been very professional and accomodating towards him. There have been a few medical emergencies, requiring hospitalization and each time the staff has responded to meet his care needs. There is always a hick-up along the way but I am convinced that Tammy and her staff care deeply for my dad and even laugh at his jokes. Dad had some complaints about the food but feels that has improved.

The team at this community is incredible! Every time I'm there the community is always so clean and put together. You can tell that the care staff has been there a long time (low turnover) and truly care about their residents.
Tammie Sampedro has been amazing to work with! She has great communication with families and any client I send to her for help she goes above and beyond to educate and support them. I've never met anyone like her and the families I refer to her say the same thing.

I myself was a patient for close to a month after recovering from surgery. I received excellent care along with physical therapy. I was so impressed that I did research on memory care that is also offered. And now my sister is living there as her new home!
