Today we had our first visit and I was shocked to see how beautiful it is inside and out. Very inviting. Nice big play area for kids, a coffee bar, and a waiting area. The hygienist was so kind and helpful with my son. We love Melissa already! She has been so helpful even researching to help my son take care of a lingering problem. I can't wait to take him here from now on. Melissa thank you so much 🙂

Really impressed with Dr. Baye and his team. He's provided excellent care for me for almost 10 years, and now doing a great job in caring for my son's teeth. Would highly recommend for kids and adults.

I recently had work done over the holidays at Baye & Vanden Heuvel while visiting from out of state. Dr. Baye is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. All other staff is amazing as well! Nicole was my hygienist. She was very sweet, kind, and adorable. Just came back today for my 6 month cleaning, as I've switched over to Baye & Vanden Heuvel Dentistry as my primary dental clinic! Wish I could give them 6 stars! 🎉

I have a high dental anxiety and as someone who does not like coming to the dentist, Dr. Baye, Dr. Josh and their entire staff have made me feel completely comfortable and not afraid to be there. From the moment I walked in the doors, all of the front desk staff were kind and assured me all would be Ok. The Assistants and hygienist's are so gentle and caring especially with knowing my high anxiety and have made me feel at ease. Dr. Baye is very thorough in his exams and treatment and I have definitely found my dental home!

We have always had a great experience here, even before Dr. Josh joined. All of the hygienists are wonderful, they are all gentle. Nikki did a wonderful job with our 2 year old at her first visit. She now asks to floss everyday!

I don’t even know where to start with this, but Baye dentistry’s office has unfortunately changed, and not for the better in my opinion. First off, Carly at the front desk is rude, both on the phone, and in person when I was making some inquiries about an appointment. She was very snide with her comments. And Dr. Baye, if you’re reading this, there’s way too much good competition in the Fox Valley area with other dentist offices that these types of interactions shouldn’t be happening, nor are they acceptable. Not only that, some of Dr. Bayes original staff members are gone and there’s been a lot of turnover. I’ve always appreciated Dr. Baye and he has a very nice, clean facility, but our family will be frequenting another dentist office in the future.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! As soon as you walk through the door, you are treated like a VIP. The ladies in front are phenomenal, the entire staff treat you like family, and both docs are top-tier! I was definitely not forced to write this review by the front desk ladies…

In all seriousness, I’ve never had anything close to a bad experience here. 100 out of 10 recommend.

I have had a LOT of dental work done from Wisconsin to Colorado and California. I can say with all honesty, Dr. Josh is AWESOME! I have only one other dentist I would give such a high recommendation to. Dr. Josh is the real deal. He has done amazing things with my mouth full of crowns and other work. Dr. Josh doesn't just do the easy stuff, he goes in and fixes things I didn't know could be fixed. ( Kind of thought I would have dentures or implants by now) 5 star office and 10 out 10 on the work they do.
