After not getting any assistance over the course of FIVE DAYS from my PCP (after having been told to ALWAYS call her before considering Urgent Care...), I couldn't handle the pain of what was possibly a cracked rib(s) and had to go to BayCare.
The wait time was negligible and every employee I dealt with was awesome to deal with. I'm sorry I didn't get the receptionist's name (or actual title, for that matter), but she was the best! Almost had me laughing, but definitely distracted me from my pain for bit.
The end result is that I still haven't heard anything from my PCP after a week (and numerous complaints of pain), but rest assured, I will be changing PCPs ASAFP (and making a formal complaint)!

Was Kept waiting for 3.5 hours. Only four people in the waiting room with me. Dr spent 15 minutes with me and offered no real solution to bronchial and sinus infection other than a four day antibiotic and over the counter products or vitamin store products. Boo. Hiss.

Went in with a sore throat so bad I can't sleep at night, can't even swallow my own saliva it hurts to eat. Told them I had been having fevers and chills. They just said. Oh ya you have an infection. You don't need any meds. Charged me $70 for that. And it's been 10 days since I've been and I'm still sick 🙂

Easy check-in. Clean environment. Timely seen. Friendly staff. Personable provider who listened to me and throughly assessed my condition then discussed my plan of care in a way I could understand. I had my X-ray results right away. I was also able to pick up my meds right away, as well. 5 stars

Never had an issue for three years of coming here. I went there two weeks ago and was sent away with an inhaler for asthma I didn't have. Doctors didn't test me and spent 15 minutes with me. Ended up with pneumonia will not be coming back ever.

I've been using this center as my primary and will no longer. I went in because I had been sick for a few days along with the entire family that week. I wasn't showing signs of fever at the moment but spoke of the mucus coming up and terrible, hurtful cough. Because I was not showing signs of sickness at that point, he didn't prescribe anything and asked if I wanted anything. I'm not the doctor is what I thought to myself. Left without anything. The rest of the day and especially the next 2 days, the cough got so much worse and deeper. IT IS COUGH AND FLU SEASON! I will not be going back to BayCare. They herd you in and push you out. I would rather him have listened to me and taken care of me then just rushed me out.

Poor diagnostic skills by Chris PA, stated my wife had a common cold, had to take her to Bartow Regional hospital ER and got a totally different diagnosis Influenza A, bad case after Chris said no flu after rapid test and he was apparently in a hurry for something to get to because he kept asking if that was all and trying to leave the exam room. Also asked if he would call in a refill on her Meclizine since this illness activated her dizziness and he said call your doctor. Definitely won't be back, can get better diagnosis and treatment from our veterinarian.
