I’ll always recommend Bay Oral for your oral surgery needs!
Dr Lemoine has amazing chair side manner when it comes to helping his patients feel comfortable. My husbands experience with his wisdom teeth removal was so much easier than he thought it would be. The dental assistants are all very informative and will answer any questions you have.

Dr Ellis also clipped my 2 week old babies tongue tie. I think it hurt me more than it hurt her! It was so quick, she didn’t even cry. He was very nice and comforting to a new mom!

I had my wisdom teeth taken out at this facility today and the doctors and staff were so incredibly kind! I have a big fear of needles, and they were so understanding and reassuring. The IV insertion didn’t even end up hurting! Even considering the circumstances of my visit, it was a great experience!

Dr. Ellis performed my oral surgery. I had requested him because my previous experience was so positive. He was friendly and conversational which helped to put me in a more relaxed state. The women in the room were also very concerned with my comfort. The surgery went quickly with relatively little pain. i have had several teeth pulled and will only go to Bay Oral.

I Love Bay Oral!! the staff is excellent, fun, and Dr is exceptional! I can't say enough good things about Bay Oral. I have used them several times now and every time has been the same, Great!! They even took the time to do an implant after the extraction, which i didn't expect the same day and i really appreciate that. I highly recommend Dr Ellis. Pretty much a pain free experience and very thorough. Thank You to the entire staff for taking such great care of me.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I had to have a wisdom tooth removed, and Dr. Koch was the one who handled the extraction. He was amazing! He was very kind and gentle, and he told me what was going on throughout the entire process. When I heard a crack, he noticed I tensed up and reassured me that it was only his tools, not the tooth. Anytime I need something done by an oral surgeon, I am 100% going to him from now on.

Dr. Koch, Brenda, and Tori were all excellent. Tori with the initial conference and what to expect with two extractions. Then the day of extractions Brenda was very informative as well was Dr. Koch with his step by step explanation of what was happening during each of the extractions. I was in good hands during the whole process.
Update December. I had follow-up appointment for two back teeth replacements, next to each other bottom left. Today's process started with numbing the area thoroughly (Dr. explained he had a personal (early life) experience from his own dentist that did not provide sufficient numbing and that empathy has carried over to his practice! After numbing I waited 5" to let numbing take effect. Dr. Koch returns and go through a very step by step process of what is going to happen in my mouth. His constant feedback,
" looks good, excellent, done with first one on to next, we are doing well" and tone if voice is VERY reassuring! Total time including initial updated scan of mouth and conference then into extraction process was about and hour for two extractions. I am totally please with outcomes and staff at Bay Oral West.

Dr. Taleb and his assistant Cara are amazing. Receptionist was great also.
Super quick and efficient. They went above and beyond in making my daughter and I comfortable. (Her getting a wisdom tooth removed and me just being nervous).
It’s nice to go somewhere where they listen to what you have to say.
