I have been here quite a few times especially due to allergic reactions using my epi pen, and some different episodes this is the best ER option in River Valley area. Seriously compared to Fort Smith Mercy they treat you good here.

Today my wife and I went to the emergency room and we were there from 4:45 pm and after waiting almost two hours the doctor came in and we explained to him what my wife had and he said he had to check the pressure on her eyes. he left and never came back to her room again this hospital, they never find anything wrong with We go several times because it is the closest hospital to our home . Today, of so much waiting, we left because I had sick daughter at home, also waiting on us ..
This hospital has very bad service ..they made you wait for very long time ..

Do not let Dr Monroe treat you!
My son is wheezing, needs his inhaler. Dr told me no he would not give my son his inhaler. Told me to get him benadryl over the counter. I said i do not have money to buy it reasoning for asking the Dr for help.
Medicaid pays for benadryl. I have Medicare come out of my check. I am a single mom with no help from family . If you don't like your job mister Monroe then get a neow one. Doctors are suppose to help them patients not let them suffer in pain. You got paid to treat us, and didn't do your job absolutely awful. He said I'm sorry but no don't say your sorry if your not sincere.

My son had a wrist injury on Thursday night. He had just recently recovered from a wrist fracture prior to this. They took an x ray of his wrist and said they couldn't read the x ray and tell if it was a new break or if they were looking at the healed fracture. They put a velcro brace on him and sent is on our way. Saying he had wrist pain as the diagnosis. Well here we are Monday after a visit to our orthopedic. My son fractured his growth plate in his wrist and the bone is so out of place that he has to have surgery tomorrow to set the bone. If the doctors knew anything they could clearly see the fracture and would have set the bone with it being freshly injured. But bow my son has to undergo a unnecessary surgery. I have the x ray from today and the x ray from about 2 months ago where it was healed before you can clearly see the big difference and anyone with a brain would know its not supposed to be like that. The picture on the left is today and the one on the right is fully healed

I have been here many times and will continue to come here as long as needed. The Dr.s have been so nice and gave me the best care.

Very rude front receptionists didn’t make u feel welcomed at all I’m not someone to leave a review but this was ridiculous not to mention how poor and unkept it is.
