Amazing here! Dr. Eric is a LIFESAVER! So many Dr’s don’t care now a days but Dr. Er Drogshagen isn’t one of those! He will sit down with you explain and help you get referrals if needed. He is honestly one of the best dr’s I have! I haven’t found good care like this since I lived in WA state in 2018. He cares and will advocate for his patients he isn’t another one to just prescribe a medication he wants to get to the root issue of what is really going on.

Dr Drolshagen is the BEST doctor around! He is genuine and truly cares about his patients! I bring my entire family to see him and he is amazing and really cares for my family like it's his own family! He is one of those rare doctors that will actually listen to your needs and takes action! I kinda don't want to share this doctor, but he is truly one of the greats!

I have been going to this clinic right at a year now. And they have been very kind and patient with me. Dr.Cole is a astonishing Doctor and very wise...his head Nurse Ashley is amazing also...anytime that I need to get worked they are always available. Keep up the Good Work#Baptist Massard Team!!! I went in with a friend. While my friend was being seen I waited in the waiting room. The HR/office manager is very rude to her staff. She talks down to them, yells across the clinic at them. That does not leave a good impression. Why do people have to treat others like that. It was a very unpleasant wait for me. I felt bad for the young lady at the front desk. 1 employees actions reflect on the rest of the company.

When we moved to Fort Smith we met with several doctors. We decided on this one They told us if we were sick we could call and get an appointment the same day. We would not have any issues. This morning I called to get an appointment at 8 and I was told they do not have any openings until Thursday. They told me to go to a walk in clinic. My response was, “ isn’t theee a lot of four cases there?” Their response was ,”Yep”. Really do you think I want to flu? So disappointed! We thought we had found the right place for our family. This is not the first time we have had an issue. We won’t have the issue again. We are switching! Don’t trust what they say here. Big disappointment!

Doctor is great, but be prepared to sit on hold for twenty to thirty minutes. Today was 18 minutes, and then receive very little help or information from the front desk. Just a warning for what you can and expect.

They never return your calls or call about a follow up appointment they're supposed to set up. My doctor is great but I don't know why it's so hard to get a call back about things that I really need to know.

Dr. D and staff are wounderful. I can not even express in words how they saved my life. Please believe it would be hard to find better. You can't!
