I am so disappointed at the recent changes at this site. Previously, I felt welcome to come and work hard and make progress. Today, i walked in and it felt sterile. Items have been removed from the walls, such as jerseys, photographs, etc. As a patient, when i am working thru the pain needed to make progress, having distractions to look at is important. The light designs have been replaced with plain panels. When lying down, i no longer have something interesting to look at. The overall feeling in the space is not welcoming. There are no distractions from the pain of PT. It feels like a hospital. Mayra is my therapist and she is fantastic. She is always thinking of ways to help improve my results. She is kind, firm when needed, empathetic and caring. She includes me in my wellness plan. I have a second knee surgery planned that will need PT. I want Mayra as my therapist, so I am hopeful the space will become more welcoming in the coming months. Otherwise, i will find a place where i feel comfortable and welcome.

Tracy was excellent! Friendly, efficient, professional and effective. We achieved all the goals of therapy within the timeframe we planned.

Mayra is my physical therapist over at Banner. I would highly recommend Banner PT and my therapist for several reasons. Of course, knowledge is first and key. But, almost as important are kindness, patience, and even fun! We laugh while I learn and work during my appointments. What can you sat about physical therapy? Bruce is a great physical therapist who has really gotten me through a tough time with my knee replacement. There is nothing easy about it, but he knows when to push and when not to. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Kevin has helped me in easing my lower back and leg pain, which I've been dealing with for two years. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, I've seen a significant improvement, and feeling better now compared to before, and Mayra has also been key in my recovery by providing effective excercise.Their personalised treatment approach, and commitment have been invaluable. We are big fans! Kevin was an awesome physical therapist for our 15 year old son following a severe elbow injury requiring surgery. He was friendly, thorough, and dedicated to getting our son back in the pool and on his way back to the sport he loves!
