Contact and Information

Services and Specialties

Banner Home Medical Equipment specializes in two primary areas: operating as a medical supply store and providing a home health care service. The medical supply aspect involves the provision of various devices and equipment necessary for managing health conditions independently within one's residence. This includes items such as wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen equipment, hospital beds, and other assistive technologies tailored to specific patient needs.

The home health care service component complements the supply offerings by providing support directly in the patient's home. This service is crucial for individuals recovering from an illness or surgery, managing chronic conditions, or requiring assistance with daily activities due to age or disability. It ensures that patients receive the care they need in the comfort of their own homes, promoting faster recovery and improved quality of life.

Other Points of Interest

In terms of payment methods, Banner Home Medical Equipment accepts both credit cards and debit cards, offering customers flexibility in how they handle transactions. This accommodates various financial preferences and needs, making the purchase process smoother for all clientele.

Customer Feedback and Reputation

Evaluating any service provider requires consideration of customer feedback, and Banner Home Medical Equipment has garnered attention through its presence on Google My Business. The facility currently holds a total of 24 reviews, providing a snapshot of the experiences shared by its users. The aggregated rating stands at 1.8 out of 5 stars, which indicates a predominantly negative reception from customers.

Such a low average score warrants careful consideration. Potential clients should examine the specific criticisms outlined in the reviews to gain a clearer understanding of the issues at play. These could range from concerns about product quality, service delivery timelines, staff interactions, or pricing structures. While the numerical rating offers a quick assessment, delving into individual feedback provides deeper insights into the operational strengths and weaknesses of the business.

It is important for individuals seeking home medical equipment to weigh this feedback alongside their specific needs and priorities. A low rating suggests significant room for improvement, but personal circumstances and the nature of the required assistance will influence the decision-making process. Prospective customers might consider reaching out directly to the facility to address specific concerns or to schedule a consultation, potentially gaining a more nuanced perspective than what the reviews alone can provide.

Conclusion and Recommendations

When considering engagement with this provider, potential clients are advised to prioritize clear communication regarding their specific requirements. Scheduling an in-person consultation could provide valuable opportunities to discuss needs, ask questions about product availability and costs, and gain firsthand impressions of the facility's offerings and atmosphere. Additionally, verifying insurance coverage and understanding the payment process, including accepted cards and any potential financing options, would be prudent steps before committing to services or purchases.

While the current customer feedback paints a challenging picture, individual experiences can vary significantly. By taking proactive steps to gather detailed information and potentially visiting the facility in person, prospective users can make a more informed decision regarding their healthcare support needs. The availability of contact information ensures that any questions or concerns can be addressed directly with the appropriate personnel at Banner Home Medical Equipment.

I waited weeks for my first appointment. The representative I met was not very helpful. They did not have any masks that I could test the fit. Some of the paperwork they gave me were such poor photocopies the were very difficult to read. The billing arrangements were not made clear at all. I phoned repeatedly but was unable to talk to a representative. When my cpap machine stopped working properly I could not reach anyone on the phone. I personally visited the office and had to make an appointment. I decided to return the cpap machine and deal with a local medical supplier. I received excellent support and assistance there. I would never recommend Banner Home Medical.

Idk yet. Can someone come get this “rental” equipment? I cannot reach anyone by phone. We have a lift, a wheelchair, and a potty. Seems their 2-4 minute hold on the phone is actually until closing. Please reach out so that this equipment can be picked up and ins can stop being billed for stuff that’s no longer needed. Thanks. One thing, no follow up on the equipment. Like dont you want your rentals back?

If you're told you have to deal with this company, run for the hills.!!!! They are customer service call center is the only number that you can get or be given they are rude. And don't care about hippa until you ask for a supervisor or a manager. They say there's one not available, They can't transfer you, They will have to send them a message. We have left 2 of those and haven't gotten a response, By the way. They have missed 2 deliveries by not even showing up. One.They called me a flat out liars that I never made the call, but I gave him the name. And the? Time I callEd. The other time, they just didn't show up.And they said, "Oh, your prescription ran out even though it's a non - expiring unlimited script." My wife has missed so many doctor's appointments. That mean life-or-death in the past month? We've used them, and today. She's gonna miss another one for her heart doctor. After the non delivery and me getting another script. For more oxygen tanks, they said they would come first thing in the morning to bring her her tank so she doesn't miss her appointment. We just. Told him it was in the am, and she just called me a liar again on the Phone Sing my wife said three pm. That is not the case. If you get nancy, hang up and call back to get a different person, If you get kevin or jesus, you better call to confirm the following day. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This location is definitely useful helpful or anything else. Sine I received my equipment no followed up with me, called to see if i needed additional supplies. Any requests for assistance is like putting them out. Find a different medical equipment company and save the frustration.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever. Still waiting for someone to contact me about the status of my CPAP machine. Got prescriptions from my doctor and still giving me the run around. Avoid this place, at all costs. You would think as much revenue they bring in, top down leadership would use the funds to better train their associates, strategic operations and processes. The customer service reps don't care and sound condescending which I am certain it is due to the backlash from upset and frustrated patients.

I am so frustrated with Banner after multiple billing issues (being told I had to pay X amount (100.00 more than my insurance said when I questioned that, they informed me they would refund any overpayment), (and getting a credit of only half of what I paid), to name a few. I don't know why there are so many issues with what should be a simple process, but here we go again. I called to order supplies. The person I spoke with stated they would run my insurance, call me back in 3-5 days, collect my payment, and then ship my supplies. She then explained (after I questioned this, which had never happened in the past) that they can't run the insurance when we call to order because it takes too much time, leaving others with a long hold time (by the time she explained all this, she could have run the insurance.) So finally, they called and told me I owed a hundred and some dollars. I paid, and they assured me my supplies would be shipped. After waiting two weeks, I called and asked where one of my items was and how much longer it would take to arrive; after a long hold, they stated, "Your item didn't get ordered." I explained when I was on the phone, and the person reviewed my order (twice) that the item was on the order. The kind person assured me it was on the way, and I did get it within two days. NOW, three weeks later, I get a bill for over 400.00! They told me they ran my insurance, and I paid the balance. The whole point of waiting 3-5 days for you to call me was to have an accurate cost of my items. My conclusion is the need for a new operating system, hiring procedures, training programs, or just stopping the deceptive billing practices.
