My entire family has been going to Jason Ballou Dental for 5-6 years. Everyone is super friendly! Before any dental work gets done, Tina would contact the insurance company and get a pre-authorization first so I know exactly how much will come of my pocket. I never feel pressured or obligated to do work that they have recommend. I live in Irvine and will travel the long distance to get any dental work done here. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend going to Jason Ballou Dental. The facility is clean and everyone is very professional and kind.

I have been to many dentists in the past couple years. My primary care dentist was lacking in various areas. I was referred here by my secondary dentist that was handling my larger procedures. Dr. Barrera is a great dentist and his recommendation was very helpful as I was from out of state. Dr. Ballou worked with me on 2 dental implants and the process seems very daunting, but he made it easy. Dr. Ballou was able to provide great quality and stand behind his work. I have since moved and been to another oral surgeon to finish my remainder of work. The dentist applauded the work that was performed. It was painless and he worked with me through any issues that came up. If you need some extensive work, I personally would come back here for the remainder of my dental work if I was not restricted by location. 10/10 would recommend.

For years I have used this group and never satisfied, my fault for never searching for a new dentist. Every time I go the Dr. ALWAYS recommends I have huge amount of work to be done. The work is always different and if not, my tears will be in very poor condition. I have never bought the upswell and at age 60, my teeth are in great per my new dentist.

Same thing with my children when they were younger, no specialty services in house.

My daughter had to be rushed to the hospital years ago because the wisdom teeth that were pulled, not by Ballou, but be one of their “specialists” had created an infection that needed immediate medical attention.

After decades of going to several mediocre dentists I was lucky enough to finally find Dr. Ballou. I can’t rave enough about both him and his staff. He not only excels in every area of dentistry but I am always treated more like family than client whenever I visit. There are no adequate words to describe how fortunate I was to have found him. And again, both he and his staff deserve a 5 star PLUS rating!
