Have only been for one visit but was not impressed with Dr Painter. She acted as though she was afraid to get close to me. Sat in a chair near the door with her pad and paper and dud not even look at my leg. Wrote a script for a rubbing compound to use until a surgery to deaden the nerves in the knee where the prior surgery was performed.

HORRIBLE experience! Dr. Painter has no sympathy. I was already in tears when she walked in the room from being in horrible pain and she could care less. Said she couldn’t help me until I lost weight. ( Understandable, BUT) I told her I wish I had known about the BMI issue all this time that I had been waiting for the appointment so I could’ve been working on it and I felt like I wasted my time. She replied “ what, you want your money back? Did u pay any money today”? She had no bedside manners and was so blunt and cold. It’s like she could care less. She typed in her computer for basically my primary doctor to deal with me about the pain. The nurses and staff there were so nice and supportive. I don’t see how they put up with her. I’ve waited months for this appointment just to be treated like this. She shouldn’t be a Dr in my opinion.

Michele Painter is probably the most horrible uncaring Dr (if that's what she wants to b called) I've ever seen. Not only is she uncaring but notes the exact opposite of what's going on. You won't find any in of my doctors notes. She has never examined me or touche me to examine all she does sit typing on her computer. I appreciate her not wanting or asking if I need opioid but a pain shot was to much to ask for. When you're in terrible pain and the only thing wants to set u up to do is get an injection . No other options from her. No other help. She is in pain management your there bc ur in pain.

Staff are always caring and professional. My Dr is always professional, answers any questions I may have. She always inquires about if my medications are working and inquires about my pain level. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. I would rate it top notch. Dr. Mudd is the best! She takes her time with me and I do not feel rushed. She is one of the kindest, most caring Dr.s I ve ever had.

The doctor does not listen to the patient. She has a very rude bedside manner. And if me and my husband could complain to a supervisor or superior we would. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Can't change doctors because of how hard it is.

Dr. Booth and Michelle understand that your pain is real. They both try to help you live your best life with chronic pain. Dr. Booth did ablation on me. She explained each step and was very professional. All of the staff are the same, professional and caring. I'm so glad I switched to Ballad Pain Management. Thank you
