I have been going to Balfour Dental for about two years now and I always have a good experience there. Dr. Rayani removed several old fillings and replaced them with partial porcelain crowns, removing some decay under the old fillings in the process. I have had a deep cleaning as well. I usually see Shannon for my cleanings—she is great and very knowledgeable. My experience with all the hygienists/technicians has been great and I’m comfortable with whoever I see there. All of the staff are very friendly!

Every time I have gone into the office I feel very comfortable. I am a very hesitant dental patient from past experiences. Everyone in the office is very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly and make you feel relaxed. They are very gentle and thorough. Dr Saio and entire staff need a higher rating than 5 stars. I would recommend their office to everyone. I am thankful for how they take care of their patients.

This past week I was treated to superb service and excellence in skillful dentistry at Balfour Dental. My wait time from checking in to being escorted back to "the chair" was less than 5 minutes. My escort, Carol, was the dental hygienist who would be assisting Dr. Dimple Rayani. Dr. Rayani is a personable, compassionate, and her communication process is also spot on. She shared her actions to keep me informed without over explaining. In addition, she gave me clear instructions that she would honor if I needed them to stop. I also appreciate that she didn't ask me questions while my mouth was open.
Here's the part that is the best; I was there to get some fillings and when it came time for the shot(s), Dr. Rayani is so good at administering this part of the procedure, that I felt no discomfort; zero, none! WOW!! My fillings were completed in less than an hour and I had a 5-Star experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend Balfour Dental for those who are looking for quality dental care, with advanced technology, while offering exceptional customer care.

I have been to Balfour Dental 3 times for myself and many times with my husband. We always have positive interactions with the staff and dentist/ oral surgeon. Everyone there always treat us well, are very caring and accommodating. They are knowledgeable and have the best technology available for treatments. After suffering an accident and botched dental work I found Balfour Dental. Their compassion, professionalism, knowledge and state of the art facility is amazing. Brandy and Stacey are wonderful, as well as the entire staff. Dr. Siao is the best of the best!! If you need dental implants do not go anywhere else. They go above and beyond expectations!!

I LOVE Balfour Dental! From the dentists, to the hygienists, to the front office staff. I work an odd shift and they will always work to accommodate my schedule. When I first started seeing them I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and I had a lot of work to be done. They were all awesome and never made me feel like a failure, just worked with getting everything back on track. On a side note, their office is nice and clean, which helps me feel more comfortable! Schedule an appointment, you won’t be sorry.

Immediately felt welcomed on the phone even before appt. Brandy went above and beyond to ease my anxiety about our specific situation I
Truly can’t say enough good about her she is definitely a major asset to the office . My son had a terrible accident involving 5 broken teeth.
We have a very hard case and they explained everything in detail. They have fabulous state of the art equipment. The office itself is beautiful clean and inviting. The doctors there are well-versed in oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry. So nice to have everything all in one office and not have to visit multiple offices to get our needs met.
