After burning my thumb on hot hotel coffee, I needed immediate relief before a whale watching trip. The store associate couldn’t recommend anything because the pharmacy itself was closed. She said she could Google for product ideas. She was extremely helpful and I found a great product.

Balboa Pharmacy has fantastic Customer Service! They went above and beyond for me. In a rush while checking out I inadvertantly left my credit card in the reader. I didn't realize I didn't have my company card until I went to pay for dinner on Catalina Island. I retraced the events of the day and realized where I had last used the card. I called the pharmacy but they were closed. I called them again the next morning and they had my card! I was able to retrieve the company card. I few weeks later when I went to reconcile my credit card statement I realized I didn't have the receipt. I called the pharmacy and they were able to look up the receipt and email it to me. Everyone I spoke to throughout the process was friendly and helpful. 5 Stars for Balboa Pharmacy! They certainly went above and beyond. Thank you!

This RX is a rarity in the world these days. Kind, helpful, thoughtful, and excellent communication. They ALWAYS have your best interest. You can't buy that. This is who they are. Suzanne is amazing and the world is lucky to have her running point in the pharmacy. She's personally handled several difficult medication hurdles for me with the doctors office and insurance company to make sure I'm covered. I'm not a easy customer but she's made the process rather effortless. She deserves a 10x raise and that would be under-paying her.
