I was referred here from my original vet because I had to put my guinea pig to sleep. They understood how urgent the situation was and made time for my pig even though the vet had back to back surgeries lined up. The staff was caring and understanding! Baker Bristol too care of my babies just as we had expected and hoped after being referred there. My fluff is doing much better now. I highly recommend them for anyone who has furbabies in their lives, especially rabbits as Dr. Kumar is probably the most knowledgable and most empathetic Doctor we have seen in a long time.

I came to Bristol Vet through Save Some Bunny Foster group and they have been nothing but amazing when it comes to helping my rabbit! He has been sick for several months unknowingly but after seeking care he is finally better. Thank you again.

The staff is pleasant, efficient and the doctors are just great. I have a bunny that I picked up from the Irvine Animal Shelter several years ago. The Baker Bristol Pet Hospital was recommended by the shelter and there's no other place I'd take best furry friend.

Baker Bristol Pet Hospital Staff are fine. However, every time you drop off your pet, it's like taking it to an oil change place, they want to upcharge you on everything possible. My dog gets ear infections every 3-6 months and a $150 visit ends up being $650-$850 every time and they will not treat just the ear infection. I would advise to be cautious choosing this location. Prepare to be upsold every time you drop off your pet.

Everyone at Baker Bristol is so nice and helpful. I truly believe they care about animals and their parents and try to help guide in what’s best for both. They are always transparent about what to expect and review options and costs with you. I have bunnies and Dr. Kumar and Dr. Kaplan, and all the staff are great with them!

The only animal hospital I have 100% trust and confidence in. Dr.Kumar + staff has helped me and my rabbit in more ways than just physical. I have an easy mind knowing that Zaja is so well taken care of and cared for by Baker Bristol. Dr. Kumar and Dr. Moore were amazing! Both were extremely knowledgeable and had answers to all of my questions. They listened to all of my concerns. They took great care of both my bird (Dr. Kumar) and my cat (Dr. Moore). I highly recommend coming here if you’re in the Orange county area. Everyone is so kind and caring towards the pets. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and the customer service is always excellent, even when it’s busy. The front desk staff was very accommodating and took us straight to a room because my bird is a yeller and they wanted to make it as stress free as possible for her. Definitely give this place a shot if you’re looking for a vet.
