Always a great experience at AZ Family Dental. Friendly and welcoming front office, my dental hygienist was top notice and pointed out things I could do to improve my dental health. Dr Parker is one of the most knowledgeable dentists I have ever had. I would not trust my dental needs to anyone else. I have had cleanings, root canals, and crowns by this dentist and office. Always A+. I have had previous dentists leave spaces between my teeth that are always collecting food. Dr Parker has repaired shoddy work others have left. Again, I’ll never go to another dentist! Thank you Dr Parker and staff!

As a new patient, I was impressed with the friendly, efficient, and professional staff from the front office staff, to the doctor, assistant, and hygienist. I’m looking forward to moving forward with the treatment plan. I feel confident in their processes and am so thankful my wife helped me find this amazing dental office!

Don’t be late, they will treat you terribly! However, if they are running late it’s okay. Had a chip on my front tooth I did get in pretty quick for an appointment and yes I was on time. They gave me 2 options get it filled and they said they don’t know how long the filling will last could be 3, 6 or 12 months. Or a crown I think the other option was. I decided to get it filled because their crown price is very expensive. Before I knew it they were all gathered around me like they were changing a tire at the Indy 500! 10 minutes later no more chip….3 days later I’m eating and the filling pops off … I call and they said well sorry we can see how much the crown is….they call be back and say oh we are so sorry the insurance said we can’t touch that specific spot on the tooth again for 2 years so you’ll have to wait if you want insurance to cover it. Are you kidding me? I’ve never not had a dentist that stands behind their work. They refused to fix it again. Don’t get me started with their billing. Keep a very close eye on what they charge you. I was over charged and called and they said oh oops we are sorry we will apply a credit to your account….. uhhh no I would like that money back in my bank account. There are many other reputable dentist around town that put the patient first rather than trying to make a quick buck on others like this one.

WOW!!! I am in total AWE of the work Dr. A. and her assistant Serena performed on me this past Friday! I had an inlay fall out while eating trail mix. My previous dentist had been "watching" this tooth for the past year, so although surprised by a sudden gap in my tooth, I knew that this restoration had to be redone. To be able to experience the expert technological skills PLUS hands-on treatment of my dentist, Dr. A, and her assistant Serena; to experience the knowledge and skills they both possess; the absolute perfection of the inlay - perfect contacts with the adjoining teeth and no more food traps - I can only recommend this office to ALL who desire a healthy oral cavity!! Additionally, the front office was so helpful, comforting, and competent (Marcy, Kayla, and Christine), I can only say to all who read this - you will be well taken care of by skilled, knowledgeable, and honest professionals at AZFD Glendale!

Today was my first visit. The office was very homey and cute. I liked all of the advanced technology like the 360° scanner and the pictures they took of my teeth. I also like the room where we went over the plan to fix my teeth on this BIG screen, I could see the calendar really well. Love, Dr. “A’s”bedside manner and concern for my issues. Great staff.

This location of 19th Ave/Thunderbird is FANTASTIC! They are very professional in their care yet, they show that they really truly care. We are greeted with a bright and sunny face. Then when in the back the staff here are also great. They will do whatever it takes to make you are satisfied and comfortable. They are very knowledgeable as well! I highly recommend them! Thank you staff for a great experience!

I have gone to several dentists who don't listen or overcharge. I was not trusting of going to new places until my daughter went here and told me how wonderful they were. From the staff at the front desk to the assistance and the dentist everyone is kind, listens and really cares about your overall experience. If you're nervous they take care of you very well. I will never go to another dentist as long as I am here.
