They came across as an agency, West Pittston group, that's quick to tell the VA okay for the $$$$$$$ then find out the patient does not live in their "BACKYARD" which triggers a "WHOOPS" how do we get out of this one. Now, the state of confusion starts, agency first call, person #1, "coming on Friday" then another call person #2 "coming on Thursday or Saturday". Healthcare is not a game show, "what's behind door #1 etc" then they tell the VA get another agency. Conclusion, they have a limited number of miles they want to travel. If you are not within their accepted range they just don't care about helping people in need of healthcare. Travel 20+ min. (13 mi) Via PA-92 N and PA-292 to my location.

The nurse Nicole who comes here is a liar. She called last night and said that she was coming today but she was supposed to had came Wednesday and she tried to say that she didn't say that. She's still a young little girl nurse so I expect that from her. The other incident that happened was that one of there occupation therapy is racist so I told him to leave our house and don't come back, so I called the office and they said that he told a different story and he was upset after I told him to leave. What ever happened to the customer is always rught?.... Needless to say that this company don't care about there clients only themselves.

My mother had a surgery on September 3 and has not had one therapist come to her home. We are now on 8 days with NO THERAPY AND NO CALLS. This service is a joke. Nothing short of elder abuse!!
