I came to Auria pelvic healthy early in my pregnancy because I was having a lot of pelvic pain and pressure. Sasha took the time to educate me on my body and how it was working mechanically, spent time teaching me proper stretches and movements all while feeling safe to ask any questions I needed. She is very attune to each individual and really takes the time and care to make sure you feel supported and empowered to take care of your body. I highly recommend Auria Pelvic Health for any woman seeking to learn more about her body and how to best support it. Sasha is a highly trained doctor, which is a breath of fresh air after all the physical therapists I have been to in the past who seem to be guessing rather than truly understanding the complexity of pelvic health in women. I first saw Dr Sasha 5 years ago for chronic lower back pain and most recently for a severely sprained ankle - and feel so lucky to have found her!

Dr. Sasha is an outstanding physical therapist with extensive skill and knowledge in her practice, but what sets her apart is her holistic approach to diagnosis and treatment.

She takes the time to thoroughly assess the injury and carefully develop a personalized treatment plan that considers not only the injury itself but also my lifestyle and personal preferences. For instance when she was putting together my initial back treatment plan she could tell I really hated certain exercises. She came up with several, just as effective, alternatives and also helped me recognize and work through some metal blocks I had around doing them. This empowered me to more actively participate in creating my path to recovery and made it so much easier to stick to!

On a personal level Dr Sasha is a joy to work with and the therapy session is truly as fun as it could be - you still have to do the work, but she's an excellent coach throughout the process, providing invaluable guidance and support!

Would give 10 stars if I could! I have been suffering from foot pain for over a year and went to 3 podiatrists who had diagnosed plantar fasciitis. My pain was chronic and so severe that I couldn’t walk for more than 10 minutes at a time. After one session with Dr. Sasha, she found that plantar fasciitis was a misdiagnosis and my pain was due to misalignment, psoas tightness, and lack of core and glute activation. I can finally walk again with minimal amount of pain and Dr. Sasha has created a treatment plan I’m confident in targeting balance, core, glutes, pelvic core and mobility. A truly holistic approach and I cannot recommend her practice enough!
