I had an ankle injury that I limped, used a cane, walker, wheelchair or medical boot for about 1 1/2 years before surgery. After healing from surgery I started rehab at AIR PHYSICAL THERAPY. I have to admit I was very nervous and apprehensive before my first appt. At my first visit they explained the treatment plan and showed me the things I would be doing. By the end of first visit I was happy to continue! The staff were helpful, supportive, kind and just all around GREAT! I have improved far beyond what I expected!!! And need no supportive items. No limp….. amazing. I would gladly refer friends or family to this facility. I smile as I go in and while I’m doing the exercises. I gladly give them 5 stars. I’m so happy with my progress❣️. Thank you to all the staff‼️

Since October is National Physical Therapy Appreciation month it's a fitting time to publicly thank the team at AIR Physical Therapy for all they do to make such a positive & powerful impact on the lives of their patients.

Whether you're healing from a surgery or a stroke or maybe challenges like my neurological issues that impact muscle, balance & mobility, I can tell you 1st hand that AIR is the BEST place to be!

Dr. Doug Claussen & wife Heidi and their magnificent team (EVERY single one of them!) are the most knowledgeable, dedicated, caring and passionate people when it comes to your success.
And although YOU do have to put in the work, they teach & guide & support you in a way that guarantees the best result. They truly are mentors in the healing process.

This team doesn't "just" fix hips & knees, they fix hearts & hopes and everything in-between. They gave me a light at the end of a long dark tunnel and a new lease on life. And in the process, a heck of a lot of drive, determination & strength, both figuratively & literally.

So, to Doug & Heidi & the entire AIR PT team, never underestimate the positive impact you make on peoples lives. I am forever grateful to be the recipient of so much "above & beyond" care from this terrific group of PT pros & the "behind the scenes" office team who keep the facility running flawlessly.

I just want to thank you & shout out some praise, not just this October for PT Awareness Month, but for all you do EVERY day of the year! 🥰

I recently had a major surgery and had the pleasure of having the first portion of Physical Therapy at A.I.R.
Every day in this practice was the highlight of my day. I was treated with care and patience. The employees are all exceptionally positive and helpful. Even when I was frustrated or felt as though I wasn't making progress, the staff would always remind me of how far I had truly come. I left with a smile everyday.

I came here for a total of 8 months, before and after rotator cuff surgery - during this time I had interaction with virtually every employee, and not once did I encounter anyone who wasn't truly dedicated, pleasant and professional. My goal was to be able to return to playing racquetball and golf before an upcoming "milestone" birthday - they really showed genuine interest in helping me achieve this goal , going above and beyond to show me specific exercises that would help me along the way. It was hard to leave my little band of new friends after such a long time, but I am happy to report that I am back in the swing!!!

I have to say, I rate A. & I rehabilitation as the best physical therapy I have ever been to. I would give it 10 stars. Their therapy professionals, are courteous, helpful, and joyful to be around. I had a total knee replacement, they made my recovery comfortable, they made me feel right at home, like I was with friends and family. If I ever need physical therapy again, A. I. R. is my 1st and only choice. Thank you for helping me with my recovery, Emily Rector

I absolutely love the staff here. They care about me as a whole and not just the body part I'm in PT for. I've been to 15-20 different physical therapists for a number of injuries and AIR is by far my favorite place.

Was recently in with a family member and was shocked at how unprofessional one of the assistants, Nancy, was. Left her patient on the table to go tell one of the aides to do something, while he was working with another patient. Meantime she walked by multiple other aides who were not doing anything so that didn’t make sense at all, I heard her speaking to him and she was very rude and hostile. It did not sit right with me to abandon a patient in order to pester a coworker in that manner, and it looks extremely unprofessional to do it in front of all your patients.
