Jay with Assisted Living Locators was extremely helpful in finding the right assisted living facility for my mother. He had empathy, and listened to what her needs were, as well as her preferences. He met with us on several occasions, varying between weekdays and weekends to meet our very hectic schedules. He also reserved tables at the dining restaurants located in these facilities so my brother and I could experience the various menus. Jay went above and beyond our expectations and also met us at facilities for their events, such as live music and games. It was during this time that we were able to meet other residents and got a feel for how happy they were in their residences.
This is obviously a very emotional time for families having to relocate their loved ones, but Jay does this with grace and empathy. He made the entire experience much easier and in the end, together we found our mother a perfect fit.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Jay was a true Godsend to us in a time of need. Like many families looking for placement of a loved one, time is of the essence in most cases. Jay was available for a text or call anytime of the day. He was calm, kind, patient, and deeply caring. He never pressured us into choosing one facility over the other. He has a gift for sifting through the chaos, hearing what our needs were (location, budget, desired amenities, etc.) and making the right connections for us. He was there every step of the way. We found a home for our family member within days of using Jay's services and we feel great relief knowing our loved one is in a safe environment. We truly couldn't have done it without Jay!
