Going to a dentist alone is a terrifying experience but Aspen WB makes it so much easier. Working with Patty was so helpful. She’s kind and extremely knowledgeable. Love the team there! Highly recommend

The scores on this review are solely for my hygienist, Sheryl. I am not sure if her name is spelled with an "S" or a "C". She has predominantly been my hygienist the past few years at Aspen. She always welcomes you with a smile and has an overall pleasant demeanor. I love that she happily hums and sings while she is doing her cleaning work on the patients. It makes you feel relaxed and not so stressed about the process. My last cleaning was 3 19 2025 and I was telling her about how self conscience I was about all of the stains on my teeth. For my first anniversary, my husband and I are getting our pictures done and I was telling her that I wasn't planning on showing my teeth and giving a big smile for the photographer. Well, Sheryl made it her mission to get every stain off my teeth. I didn't really realize she was doing all of this until she told me to look in the mirror and see if she got all of the stains off. She wanted to make sure that I felt confident enough to truly smile for my first anniversary pictures. I just wanted to let Aspen know that she is a "gem" and I truly appreciate her and the inviting office decor (the snails).

If you are afraid of dental work or dentists, the Wilkes Barre Aspen Dental is the place to go. My husband and I love this place. Nina is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease when you have questions. Keri, the office manager is very friendly and very helpful. We had an issue with my husband’s medical dropping implants for 2025. We were already in the process of getting the implants. Keri squeezed him in before the end of the year to make this happen! Dr. Lutz is always patient with my husband and never rushes his work. You may have to wait in the chair for a few minutes but that is because he makes sure that his patients are good. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. Recommend 1000%

As someone who deathly afraid of the dentist, Aspen dental made me the most comfortable I have ever felt at a dentist office. With the kindness and understanding of everyone involved that helped me understand step by step procedures,payment and what I will go through during my procedures. ASPEN have given me a new outlook on dentists and definitely changed my thoughts about never wanting to have a dentist visit. I fully recommend to anyone who has a fear because they helped me overcome it

Showed receptionist my appointment email, was told the "system swept your appointment away" then was told i didnt confirm. I said, i did exactly what i was told and even left a voicemail. She says, oh you did leave one at 4:58 pm. Well, there is no appointment for you at 830, you can come back later today. As if its no problem just hanging around waiting to get a new patient intake done. No thanks lady, you lost your company a new customer

What a great team of people you have at the Wilkes Barre location! I had to have a bunch of teeth extracted and I was extremely nervous. The staff made me feel at ease and showed comfort and compassion. It starts right at the front desk to the staff in the back! Way to go! I would recommend you guys to anyone! Thanks for making me smile again

I had a generally positive experience. The company was very informative and transparent throughout the exam. Unfortunately, my insurance wasn’t accepted, but that’s not their fault. Will update once how the actual dental work appointment goes in a few weeks
