Today was my consult with Aspen Dental. This was by far the most complete dental consults I have ever received. Staff is very kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. They started my visit by doing X-rays of my mouth then they do a 3D photo of the inside of your mouth and they explain what the process was going to be like. I then met with the dental hygienist, Brittany, she was very upbeat very kind and extremely knowledgeable. She explain to me her position and what she does as the dental hygienist and after examining my teeth and my gums and reviewing my x-rays She then gave me a plan of care of what we're going to need to do to get started and get my mouth into better shape. I then met with the dentist and she was amazing. She was extremely kind and again very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and did not rush me at all. After she gave me her plan of care she then introduced me to Mariam, and she reviewed with me everything the doctor had discussed asked me if I had any further questions, and then scheduled me for my next appointment and we discussed payment options and we reviewed the different plans of care to find what suited me best. I return next week for my first actual treatment.
And yes, they cater to cowards!

I encourage everyone to take a chance on this office! I had originally called to schedule an appointment with a worry of a tooth infection after everywhere else had weeks wait (no fault to them) and Aspen was able to see me same day. I've been to a few appointments with them now and I really love everyone there. The ladies up front are so nice and personable. The dentist is an anxiety causing appointment for me, and everyone I encountered was so welcoming and comforting. Dr. O was so nice and explained everything. Dr. Laura was sweet and honest in regards to an old root canal and crown. I spoke to the manager, Miriam, regarding my options and cost for each and she was very nice. There was no pressure to make a decision then and there or even soon. Natalie is always a joy to talk to at the end of the appointments when checking out. She provided a clear break down of treatment plan which showed what was recommended to be done, and the cost break down for each. DeeDee was helping at the desk and was so sweet when I had to make a payment. Brittany did my most recent cleaning and if they saw young kids, I'd bring my kids just because of how sweet and gentle she is.

I went in for a filling that came out , wasn’t put in here . I want to thank the staff here . From Natalie who took my initial call who got me in the next morning she was wonderful. Also she explained different options for me due to I found out I had 4 loose teeth on the too which I was so surprised and anxious at the same time. Natalie was very reassuring and made me feel very comfortable. I also saw Brittany, who was from start to finish an amazing person very professional very kind and very helpful with all of my extended needs. She was very professional and couldn’t have made me feel better about what I need done. I saw Lauren on my way in. She did my x-rays very sweet personable person and it’s amazing because generally, I don’t like going to any dentists. That’s always been like one of my fear places, but from start to finish with Lauren very easy professional and very sweet girl. I highly recommend Aspen dental. I want to thank everyone for all of their patience and kindness that they gave me. I am very blessed to have come here and dealt with everyone here.

Okay, so, I'm not gonna lie, going to the dentist usually makes me a little nervous. But my recent visit to Dr. Kaur's office? Seriously, it was actually...dare I say...pleasant?
First off, the staff is just so nice. Like, genuinely nice. They made me feel comfortable right away, which is a huge deal for me. Then, it was time for my x-rays and cleaning. Everything was explained clearly, and they were super gentle. Britney, my hygienist, was amazing! She was so thorough, and my teeth felt ridiculously clean afterward. Plus, she gave me some tips on how to keep them that way, which I really appreciated. It wasn't just, "Here's your cleaning, bye!" It was like she actually cared about my teeth.
Then came the filling. I was a bit anxious, but Dr. Kaur was so calm and reassuring. She explained exactly what she was doing, and honestly, I barely felt a thing. It was quick, and the filling looks perfect. It's like it was never even there!
Honestly, it's the little things that make a difference. The friendly smiles, the clear explanations, the gentle touch. It's clear that Dr. Kaur and her team really care about their patients. It's not just a job for them; they actually want you to have a good experience.
If you're looking for a dentist who's skilled, kind, and makes you feel like a person, not just a patient, I highly recommend Dr. Kaur. And definitely ask for Britney for your cleaning! You won't regret it.

Had severe tooth pain due to infected exposed nerve and was squeezed in that same morning for a root canal. Walked in there crying walked out smiling. Wonderful staff very hospitable. Got to speak with the manager she has an awesome team ! And thank you Dr.Hannah for being so patient and gentle you did an awesome job & so did your assistant !! Highly recommend

Aspen Dental has literally changed my life. My initial phone call was very helpful in answering all of my questions and helping with my insurance. She was very kind. I was nervous about coming in. From the moment I entered, everyone was so kind and caring. They made my feel welcome and not judged. I left having a plan beyond my expectations. I want to thank the Dental Assistant Lauen for being patient and caring. I want to thank the Hygienists Brittney for doing such a wonderful job today. I'm already excited to come back in 6 months. I also want to thank the Operations Manager Miriam for taking the time to work on a plan to make everything needed happen. Everyone today was so kind and so helpful. Thank you all so much.

I finally made an appointment at Aspen Dental in Stroudsburg after being absent for a long time from any dental services. I always used to be very anxious before visiting a dentist but they did a great job making me feel comfortable and anxiety-free. I highly recommend their services, especially to people who like me have anxiety about visiting the dentist. My experience couldn’t have been better. They were kind, friendly and accommodating. They are a wonderful staff who work well together.

While I have to say that the X-rays and consultation went expeditiously and pretty smoothly, the waiting period to speak to the finance person was ridiculous. I felt like I was in a car dealership—the hype changed once I went from the salesperson(x-ray tech and doctor) to the financial person (project lead). I was quoted $19,000 for a two implant bridge. It was really a scam in my opinion. I left there feeling hopeless. I thought the costs of living in PA were supposed to be cheaper than NYC. The quote I was given were only for the two implant bridge; I can only imagine the ridiculous price for the full work.
