I’ve been using Aspen Dental since July. Since then they have signed me up to credit company that I know owe over $4,000 and is ruining my credit. AND, used all of my insurance credit so I can’t even go see another dentist until the first of the year. They have not done anything for me besides cause me more pain and money. 0/10 recommend this place if you are looking for serious work to be done in a timely manner. I’ve had 3 temporary crowns placed over 5 months ago and been three times to redo impressions for my permanents and every time I would call for a update, either the “lab lost them” or “we will have to contact the lab and give you a call back.” And a phone call update was never made. I had one of my temporary crowns come off today while I was at work, so I called them, told me and they told me to come in, just for them to look in my mouth, tell me they were going to do more impressions and when I refused they told me that I should be okay but if i start feeling discomfort to call them back. This place is a joke. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

If I good give negative stars, I would. My experience with Aspen Dental in Enterprise was awful. I brought my very frail, elderly mother to get dentures. After we paid for the dentures up front, neither the technician nor the dentist could get good impressions or scans of her mouth, so they referred us elsewhere without clearly explaining that was what they were doing. They were pleasant enough, just completely inept. No one had bothered to even examine her or discuss denture options with us anyway. What a waste of time. Plus a chore trying to get our money back. Don't recommend them at all.

Was very please with the service I received except that all those x-rays were terribly painful. I wouldn’t do that again. The people were very nice. But they did not see the two cavities that my regular dentist said I had but found 3 others. Price was not what they quoted me on the phone but I made the appt to get them done.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! From reception to the dentist and I have to say it was a pleasant experience even though it was a dental visit. The absolute best dental experience highly recommended. The hygienist was an absolute joy. Both hygienist and dentist were very helpful in describing the treatment to be done prior. The technician taking x rays was very carasmatic.

If you’re pregnant and a new patient don’t bother going here. Was trying to do a check up and get my teeth cleaned as recommended for pregnancy due to increased risk of dental problems. Well I went the first time and was about to be brought back and they said they needed to do x-rays and needed the release form from my Obgyn. I went and got the form and had to wait another month to get an appointment. Well when I show up a month later with the form they said they needed, proceeded to tell me even with the form I have to wait till after I’ve had the baby (per clinic policy) So long story short they are very poor at relaying Information and waisted my time twice.

I was seen at the enterprise office and everyone there is so nice and very knowledgeable. I went to get a few teeth extracted, and the doctor who did the extractions, was very gentle, courteous and professional. The dental tech that worked alongside the doctor was very nice, knowledgeable and professional.

Quick friendly service. Made a plan for dental care and was able to start on first appointment, excellent at a reasonable cost. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Absolutely an aweful experience every time. I am simply trying to get them on the phone to reschedule appointments. I have so far called 4 times only to be put on long holds with no one ever picking up.
