I would give them 0 stars if I could ! This place has got to be the biggest scam I have ever seen. All I wanted is to get my teeth cleaned. After a exam and them coming up with over $11,000 of other things they wanted to do I was told I couldn't get my teeth cleaned until after I did all that. They don't have gas for patients with anxiety but will give you Xanax or Valium. Never setting foot in there again

Everyone in here was so great and nice! Everything was explained to me before it was done and all of my questions were answered. I was very nervous before going in but they put me at ease very quickly. I would definitely recommend aspen dental.

Dr. Wu was absolutely amazing today! She was very patient with my nervousness, but also very quick to help me get out of the pain I was having! The whole staff is all around awesome!

The dentists seem nice, but unfortunately this is overshadowed by the front desk’s horrific customer service and draconian sales and billing tactics. I was made to pay the copay up front to be able to even schedule my daughter’s cleaning, well, what I thought was a copay. When I got home and reviewed the bill, they had added a bunch of bogus items to include a $200 dollar toothbrush and didn’t even ask if that was something we wanted. When I called and spoke to Tanya about this issue, she was extremely rude and I met resistance from her and the office manager to get reimbursed for all these charges that were NOT necessary for the cleaning to be completed. My daughter also needs her wisdom teeth removed and they were charging an astronomical figure for the procedure, and wanted a $1300 copay up front to schedule the surgery as well. When I asked for a referral to a different oral surgeon Tanya became extremely aggressive and hung up the phone in my face. I had to go in person and speak to the head dentist to obtain my referral. Unbelievable!! Worst experience at a dental office in my entire existence!! Customer Beware!!!!

I had a tooth break earlier today, and was in pain. I called aspen dentals online number and scheduled for an exam. They were able to see me same day at 3pm. My charge was only $29 for the inspection, and they took 1000 X-rays and showed me what the present problems were, and future. The x-ray gal was phenomenal! After discussing pay options, and future dental plans they were actually able to get me in the surgery chair a short time later (30min). The charge for my tooth to be removed was $140. In total for the start to finish I paid $169 for their service. I definitely needed their expertise to get it out. She worked on my single tooth for a good 10-15 minutes and was gentle as one could me. Start to finish was a good experience and would recommend.

My process was a six month long ordeal. The staff at Cabot Aspen Dental was wonderful through it all. Everyone is very friendly and caring. I thank them greatly for all they did for me. Dr. Woo is the best.
