I chipped my tooth pretty badly the Saturday before a big international trip. I was SO worried I would have to chew on one side of my mouth for 2 weeks. I called three dentists around the area on Monday morning, and all of them seemed pretty disinterested in my issue, and said the earliest they could get me in was in 3 weeks (well after my vacation). Aspen Dental was the last place I was going to call, and boy, was I glad I did. The receptionist who took my call was SO kind and understanding, and she was able to get me in the next day, as a new patient no less. Fast forward to the next day, they were able to do an exam, a cleaning, AND fill my tooth (which looks like I never even chipped it now, Dr. Patel color matched it SO WELL). Everyone working there was incredibly kind to me, and very easy to talk to and ask questions about my teeth. These guys were absolute rockstar professionals and really helped me out of a bind! I’m definitely going to be coming here for my dentist appointments from now on.

Dr. PATEL is wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My treatment plan was completely laid out before me, so I knew exactly what the cost would be. Sheila went above and beyond with getting me in quickly to complete my procedure. I love this place, quality of work and price are great

While just beginning my journey to denture-ville I have to say so far so good! Everyone at the office is polite and upbeat, on hand to answer any questions that come up. The dentist was very kind and patient. Taking the extra minute to make sure everything is explained and understood. The surroundings are clean and pleasant and there was virtually no wait time being seen. I have general anxiety to begin with but must say I felt calm and relaxed in the chair. I can almost say with sincerity that I'm looking forward to my next visit! (Extractions!)

I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and was very upfront that my dental insurance was only effective until the last day of the month, which was the only day they had available, so I made the appointment. When they called me to confirm my insurance info the morning of my appointment, the lady told me I would only receive an exam and xrays that day, not a cleaning. I wish they had been up front and honest with me about this during my original call so I could have scheduled a cleaning appointment elsewhere while my insurance was still effective.

This is by far the best Aspen Dental I have ever been to. They took the time to listen, made sure there was a plan for the fix I needed and took care of me right away after a long drive. I'll make that trip anytime.

I had some confusion about my procedure and called the emergency contact after hours. Dr Patel did an excellent job explaining everything and put my mind at ease. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him.

I went in this morning for emergency care for an abscess on my gum. The staff and dentist were super friendly and answered all my questions. I arrived a little after 8am and was done in less than an hour, even without an appointment. Thank you for the great service.

They said that they needed to verify my husband's dental insurance which I'm not understanding why this wasn't done before he came to his appointment and now we've waited almost two weeks to hear from them and we still have not heard anything. This is not very good customer service and to have someone just continue waiting without an update for something that is this trivial is ridiculous! Our insurance is active and we've been welcome to use it at many other places so give us another excuse!
