I came to receive a 2nd round of therapy and I am pleased to say they were absolutely wonderful. My therapist (both of them) never let me down. They were very personable, kind, mindful of my pain, and gave me great tips to bring home to continue bettering myself. I recommend that this is the place to be treated for rehabilitation. They made me feel like family as well as doing a great job. Thank you so much for all you done for me. I miss you guys already.

First time doing physical therapy and it was a great experience. The team of people they have are all kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I primarily worked with PT Alexa Ahrens and she was great to work with. As someone who is uncomfortable around new people, especially having to do stretches, I was able to put that aside quickly. Go here for your PT needs

I have received treatment here twice and I love it. Of all the rehab facilities I've been to this is the most professional. The therapists are all very friendly and helpful, especially Alexa Ahrens PT, DPT. She pushes me hard and I've made tremendous progress because of her.

I can understand how this office receives a 3.5 rating while most other Ascension offices are 4+ ratings. While the doctors are very good and thoroughly professional, there are a few on the receptionist and RN side that really bring it down. One time I was late ten minutes and had called to let them know I was running a few minutes late and was told “no problem as long as you called and aren’t more than 15 minutes late the doctor will still see you” when I arrived 10 minutes past my appointment time I was refused service and told I would have to reschedule. Then this week when I tried to get help from my doctor I was told by a nurse Jordan that he was to busy to call me back and if I wanted to speak to him I would have to make an appointment, Just to answer a simple question about a prescription refill. Very frustrating. my search for a new PC doctor has begun, not because of the doctor but the lack of compassionate “nurses and receptionist has totally turned me off to this office

Changing the lab hours (and not sending an email to all patients) is unacceptable. I need to do fasting labs before my appointment next week. I fasted overnight and called to make an appointment after getting out of the shower this morning (Friday). I was told the first appointment was Tuesday. After finishing talking to the scheduling person, I decided to just go to the clinic because surely she couldn’t be right. I always make an appointment like 30 minutes or so before going in, more as a COVID courtesy than anything else. There’s a sign on the door that says the lab is only open Tuesday and Wednesday. Ridiculous. Now I won’t be able to do labs at all. Completely unacceptable, Ascension. Fix it.

Rude receptionist. Gave false information and sent me on my way to locations that dont even offer infant covid testing. We received PCR tests there last week, though your receptionist claims they've not been offered at this facility.
