Terrible service by the receptionist who will speak to you as if you are bothering her. Dentist does not show up at cleanings, so you’re only getting half of a service. Gives generic medical advice for adolescent patients without referring to patients charts. Refuses to take responsibility when questioned. Go anywhere else.

Take notice that the good reviews at this location are all over a year old. Because the service there has been in steady decline.

Nice place, friendly but called and got an appointment to have a tooth removed. Spent 85 dollars just to go in and get an x-ray. Told I would have to come back after taking meds so they could remove two teeth for 457.00$. Well I'm out 85$ and still have a bum tooth. What happened to the good guys. Won't get my service.

Very pleased with my first visit! Going back soon to begin my progression of much needed procedures. The staff was friendly and helpful and Doctor Cook was easy to talk to. Not scary at all 🙂

Dr. Cook is a fantastic dentist with excellent chair side manners. Getting your crown same day is so wonderful. Not having to wait 4 weeks for your permanent crown is ground breaking. Most of all his assistant Jessica was a pleasure she makes u feel welcomed, comfortable and relaxed!! Thank you for a great experience!!

Good friendly worker's from the check-in to dentist. My child has been going to the same facility since she was small and we started getting her teeth cleaned. The dental assistants are always so sweet and very gentle. She's had to have her teeth filled before and was scared but the made her feel easy and she not afraid of them doing work on her teeth even now. Great place and wonderful people.

Went for a cleaning and x-rays and a consult with Dr. Nichols. I was told at that time I needed 3 Crowns. The dentist I had for 15 years never said anything to me about needing crowns. I went for a 2nd opinion today. I brought the digital x-rays from Arkansas River Valley Dentistry to show the dentist giving the 2nd opinion. He told me he did not see anywhere I needed 3 crowns. The only work he could see was to replace a split metal filling. He told me my teeth and gums are healthy and my bite is just fine. Dr. Nichols work would have cost me $1,251 opposed to $110 to replace the split filling. I am relieved I felt something was amiss and sought another opinion before accepting the diagnosis given by Dr. Nichols.

My first visit to Arkansas River Valley Dentistry for an inspection and cleaning as a new patient was very gratifying. All the staff were friendly and personable. The Dental Hygienist, Shannon, that performed the procedures of x-rays and cleaning was efficient and pleasant. I believe the quality and reasonable cost of the service was an excellent value. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
