Friendly office personnel and Dr Bailey was very knowledgeable and thorough. This was my first visit there. Dr Baileys nurse, Donna was very kind and put me at ease.

Dr.Lorio did both my knee replacements and did an excellent job. No problems. Eleven years out on one and 8 on the other one. The PT they offered was great.

They scheduled an appt for a day the doctor was not even going to be there, but didn’t know that until I was already there. The next time I had to wait 1 hour and 10 mins in a loud, crowded waiting room with others who had been waiting just as long, then waited another 30 mins in the room for the doctor. Not one staff bothered to tell anyone they were running behind or seemed to care how long anyone was waiting.

Dr Walsh been Sarah's Ortho Doctor since she was 8. Dr BAILEY I see him in ER all the time and he is funny, personable, great bedside manner and you can tell he loves his job! Dr BAILEY is my favorite! I heard lots of good things about Dr Lorio. Robin's mom loves him! Beautiful waiting room!

I went to visit Dr. Lorio, on March 14, 2023, after having an MRI. The immediate concern in his face showed all. My heart started pounding as he said, “how long have you been hearting like this” and in the same breath said, “ cause you have a massive rotator cuff tear. He said, “ I like to schedule you for surgery”, I said ok when? Put in mind this was on a Tuesday and he said, “how about Friday .” Well anyways we had Surgery that Monday at Saline, went home to start my healing and therapy, not knowing while on my cruise the repair failed and I knew I would see him when I got back June 1, saw him June 2, was scheduled for total shoulder replacement on July 24, I’m almost at my year Anniversary and I fell amazing!! Dr. Lorio, your the best and without you and your concern for your patients and making sure we are taken care of is top notch in my book. You will always have a patient for life. Thank you for saving my arm from the day I went home from my surgery I haven’t had any problems with my arm. Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!!

WARNING!!!
Visiting Arkansas Bone and Joint was the first time I've experienced racism within the medical community. I was referred to this place by my civilian PCD. I noticed on my first visit the blond hair lady that at the front desk wouldn't really acknowledge me when I first walked in, and it looked as if she was irritated. After few minutes of standing there, she finally asked if I had an appointment and I said yes, and she looked up my name and then handed me a clip board with a bunch of paperwork and told me to fill them out. The entire time she was talking to me she never looked up at me at all. I wrote it off as she was having a bad day. However, I noticed that when the white patients came in she treated them differently, so I knew it wasn't a bad day she just didn't want to deal with me. My second appointment which was only few days later I had the same experience with the blond hair lady at the front desk. Wouldn't look up at me and was not very friendly at all. My third appointment which was the next day the same treatment. She didn't say hello, or anything only tells me that I had another co-pay, so I gave her my card but questioned having to pay again when I was just there, and my appointment was a follow up to go over my MRI results. She gave me a very dry and nasty response, so I had enough and wasn't going to give them money to be disrespected. I asked her for my card back and proceeded to leave. I however, turned around and asked to speak with an office manager which I did. I explained to her what had taken place and requested that my MRI results be sent to the Little Rock VA so that my PCD there can work with me on a treatment plan.

The most horrible place to get any kind of medical help…seen so called Dr Bailey on 9-19-23 for a shoulder injury, he took one xray and said well I can tell something is going on we need a MRI, Wednesday comes no phone call, Thursday we call 3 times to be told that they are waiting on insurance, Friday we go there to see if we can do anything to speed this up and was told they was waiting on insurance, so we call our insurance and they are waiting on dictation from Bailey, and have requested it numerous times, we confront the front desk lady and it’s excuse after excuse oh he is in surgery all week and nurses in meetings but I assure you we will call you Monday…husbands shoulder pops out of place Saturday morning, so we go to Ortho Arkansas they take one xray and immediately schedule MRI on his shoulder, it’s broken in 2 spots that Bailey did not even care to address! Monday is here and still not a word from this worthless orthopedic Dr. and his staff, they lie to your face and obviously do not care for their patients…will never step back foot in this place or recommend them to anyone…it’s a joke!
