My elderly Dad came here after a week in the hospital with a serious bout of pneumonia. Given the pandemic and COVID19, it is a bit nerve wracking not just to have your family member in the hospital but a rehab facility as well. I was thoroughly impressed with his care during his three week stay. The staff were incredibly communicative throughout given restrictions on visitation. He had his own room and they were incredibly cognizant of cleaning protocols, masking and ensuring their patients/residents were safe. While there was a positive case at the onset of his stay in his building, he was kept safe throughout and there was no spread of the virus. They set up family members to do "window visits" or will assist in video chats. Really top notch facility and campus.

500 wing is in need of routine cleaning maintenance of outdoor smoking areas!! Buds, leaves, seeds and dead insects abound on the walk ways and sitting areas. Cleaning by borrowed brooms from staff is the only maintenance this outdoor patient retreat is cleaned on a twice per week event. The consequences are: tracker in fallen tree blossoms, pollen, seed pods and tree leaves. The result? Yellow tree blossoms abound hiding enormous amounts of Palo Verde tree buds, and leaves and copious amounts of seeds and pollen. lm common areas, lounge and eating areas and of SIGNIFICANT importance, Private patient rooms abound with leaves, buds, seeds and pollen collection on furniture, floors, clothing, footwear and WORST of all individual bedding! Stay away! They will drug warehouse and kill your loved one! Unprofessional. So bad their social worker Lettica Mills is not licensed. Also if you need a notary think twice! Their volunteer had dementia. Run from the place fast!

My uncle is in this facility and has gone downhill since he was first admitted. It is next to impossible for his wife to speak to anyone such as a nurse or a doctor to get an update. She is not in good health and cannot visit him. All of his relatiaves are out of state and very worried about him. It appears the care there is very sketchy.

Deleting valid negative reviews is unprofessional. Treating next of kin poorly is worse. Treating patients poorly is malpractice.

Was there to tour the facility . Very impressed. Will look forward to a stay there in the future.

Care that my father has received is second to none. RN's, and CNA's are great and sincerely interested in providing the best care possible.
