I had a wonderful experience at Arctic Rehabilitation in Homer. My concerns were put to rest with the very first appointment. Dr Nathan is professional yet easy to talk to. He is patient and informative with all my questions and concerns. I fully intend on continuing my treatment course and am confident my recovery is in good hands. I can't say enough positive things coming from a place of apprehension. Dr Nathan and the entire staff have been wonderful. Thank you!

Nathan has been so helpful with his knowledge and physical therapy experience. He is kind and has helped me immensely as I work to recover range of motion and use of my arms after a car accident. Both Lori and Rizzo have also added to my recovery with their amazing skills in manual therapy. April is always so ready to help you adjust your schedule and helps with everything on the insurance front. They are a tremendous team and highly recommend their services.

Walked in to reception, and was rudely called by my wrong name and told to wait in the hall with a finger point(no waiting room)… a simple polite request would have been nice. Mentioned to the therapist this wasn’t very professional, and was asked to leave after a brief conversation… cancelled my appointment. I got a deep tissue session day before(this was good)… walking out the only way out was through the therapy room…said hello to a woman there… just being nice and was asked if I knew her… no, just being polite. The set up allows no privacy for patients… therapist mentioned HIPA… when your reception is in same room with the therapy, and to get to massage you need to walk past in session clients, maybe your practice and set up are the issue? Rude outfit(deep tissue therapist is the exception… excellent)… PT guy has serious attitude and building set up needs addressed… don’t blame patients for being 10 minutes early. I like being early, and for price you charge I expect to be addressed with reasonable respect. Very basic stuff. I know of no medical facility being 10 minutes early is not ok… being called wrong name and finger pointed to the hall not ok.
