Leigh Nichols is amazing and really cares for her patience.
The whole staff is the friendliest of any clinic I have found.
I went in for allergy shots since my primary doctor would not give them.
After going there for about a month for allergy shots. I changed my primary doctor to this clinic.

I use this place as somewhere to go for non emergency care! This is a great place to go locally in vilonia to get care. However I will say the wait time is a little long, I had an appointment at 3:30 and waited in the waiting room until 4:30 to be seen by my doctor. I almost walked out but was very sick so I didn’t.

I called here about my son needing a shot for school. She looked it up and made sure they had the meds. She said it would be a quick appointment and we'd be in and out. We scheduled appt for the following day at 9am. I told her I was checking my son out of school after morning football practice but he needed to be back asap for a test. If not we could schedule it for after school or another day. She assured me it would take less than 10 minutes and we'd be in out quickly. We had just been there the week before when my son was sick and when school started in aug. for a physical. We're regulars here. My husband's shows up with son 5 minutes before his shot appointment and the same lady I spoke to the day before when making appt and checking medication hands him a huge packet of paperwork that needs to be filled out and updated before he can be seen!! I call the front desk and she is rude and tells me that this has to be done before he can get a shot. I said all the info is the same and asked if I could fill it out later or at next appointment. Or why didnt she tell me this yesterday? She finally agrees to just 1 paper being signed but then she makes my husband and son sit in the waiting room for 43 minutes before he is called back to get a shot. No explanation or anything. 10 minutes turned into over an hour!! Its very frustrating having to fill out multiple forms when everything is the same. I have 3 kids plus myself and my husband who are patents that they want me to fill out a seperate packet for each person. It's a waste of my time and your resources doing this. I understand yearly consent to treat forms but everything else is beyond frustrating and no necessary. My documents should be available online where I can review and update them as needed when I'm able too. Not be forced to do it in order to be seen by the doctor. What bothers me most is them being spiteful and making my family wait almost 45 minutes in an empty waiting room is just bad business. The nurses and doctors here have all been very nice and very good to us. No complaints there. But my time is valuable and this appointment cost me money and now has me looking for new primary care doctors for my whole family. Being able to get in and out quickly is important as well as not being lied too about an appt. And when ur unwilling to work with me, especially on the forms when we've been patients here 10+ years is concerning.

Got to my appointment 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. They got me in at my appointment time and everyone was super friendly. Was a little nervous going because of the reviews on here, but all friendly staff. The nurse was very chatty with me and made me feel so much more comfortable. I love when doctors and staff actually talk with you about more than just what you're there for. It makes me feel welcomed and not so tense. Will definitely go back when needed.

Mrs. Lisa is the best Doctor I have ever been too. She very observant, listens to everything you have to say, and takes it all into consideration before giving a diagnoses. She is not only the best doctor I've ever had but she is one of the best people I've ever met also. I would recommend her clinic to any and everyone. I've been going to her for years now and never had a problem with her, or her staff members. 5star for sure.

Took WAY too long to get referrals. They seem to give you 15 minutes of their precious time and out the door they go. Try to get a hold of the local office and you get a hold of a scheduling department that's not in local office. I chose them because they are linked into Baptist Conway, but I'm going back to Conway Regional.

Absolutely terrible!!
Can never speak to anyone at the office you go though a call center!
They refuse to let you speak to even a nurse!!!
They Take weeks to review tests!
Result were on my chart within a hour and said priority and they still refused to review them!!!! Will be changing doctors asap!!!

Mrs. Lisa Dillon is amazing! She actually listens to and never rushes her patients. Wait time is generally short. The only time I have ever had to wait is if she has an emergency. She is a true caregiver, and I highly recommend her.
