I love love love ARCare Searcy North. I can always get an appointment same day or most days for any medical care. The doctor’s are so prompt and I feel valued and that my time is being respected. I recently saw Alena Nichols. She was amazing. Very patient and kind. She listened to my symptoms and concerns and took the steps to get my allergies on the right track to healing. 10/10 experience every time!

HORRIBLE!!! They NEVER answer the phone. I had to leave work to go up there because I was waiting on the phone for 1:34 minutes… 2 cars in parking lot and 3 girls behind computers doing nothing. I walked up to the window and the girl was ON HER PHONE. No not recommended at allllll!

The doctor was very kind! She understood I was only in town visiting with my daughter and her family. I had gotten a virus and was afraid it had infected my ear. She asked questions and was very supportive. I will come back next time I get sick while visiting!

If you haven't tried ArCare of Searcy yet I suggest that you do. They are the most pleasant and helpful people working there. The employees actually want to help you instead of blowing you off. I just love seeing Alena Nichols, FNP-BC. She is a Christian woman who always prays with her patients before rushing out to the next one.

I love the staff they are way willing to help in anyway they can. I don’t feel like another patient when I come here It feels like it’s just about me and how they can help. I also love how Mrs. Alena will pray with you before leaving the room and she is always a great listener and will check any concerns I may have no matter how small they may seem!

Alena Nichols was my brother's provider for the day and she was amazing. She said a prayer for a speedy recovery for him and was just all in all wonderful to be around. She made me feel as if my older brother was in great care, giving every detail and not hesitating to give him any help with anything. She even went as far as asking about me and making sure she let me know what was going on with him as well.
