ARcare Newport

Dr. Robertson is, hands down, one of the most thorough, attentive, providers I have ever seen.

I have been looking for a good primary doctor with no luck. I have many things wrong but Dr Robertson was very nice and wants to tackle the most serious problem first. I'm hoping to make this place my new primary care

So I’m driving down the freeway, sick, and I looked for a place to get a COVID test. Siri suggested ARcare. Apparently Siri doesn’t like me. ARcare had me to wait in the parking lot for an hour before I called and asked about getting my test. They said it would be a while longer and could I wait. I said I had to leave and use the restroom. I told the lady on the phone I was enroute to Jonesboro and she said she could test me in Newport. Otherwise, I would have never wasted an hour waiting to not get tested. The parking lot was fairly empty. I’m not sure why I couldn’t be seen. I really feel like I made a bad choice by calling ARcare. I hope I never need to go there in the future. Good luck if you use this place. My name is John Berryhill and today is Nov 9, 2021.

They are the slowest place I’ve ever been to. No one is here or in the parking lot & they still have you sit for hours. The doctor with a mouth full of braces never wants to examine you right you’ll say one thing is wrong and she will change it or basically say your lying. Don’t recommend going here at all unless you want to make a day event out of it
