Waiting in the waiting areas takes forever, not sure if they overbooked. I also really wished that this place has better communication because we were waiting for approval to see if we can get cleaning and we never heard back. I called a month after to follow up and they said it did not get approve and that they were going to try to resubmit it. A another month went by and nothing. I would at least appreciate to get notify if it was not approved both times so I can look for somewhere else. I got to say that the doctor and the staff in the back are amazing though. Very knowledgeable and give me other options.

The dental assistant was extremely nice and caring. I actually hugged her when I left. The dentist was so fast to take my teeth out, I didn't even know he had them all out when he was done. Much better than other places I've been. I never want to go anywhere else.

I absolutely love going to my dentist! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the whole environment is so nice and positive. They are always so understanding when I need to bring my kids along, and they never make me feel bad about it. Every visit is welcoming and comfortable, even when I can't find a babysitter. My husband and I tried to make appointments for 5 months. When they say to send an insurance card, we do 100s of times. They never call back. When we call them, usually random Indian guy answers and never calls us back. They did deep cleaning for my husband's one side and waiting for 5 months to clean the other side.

They were courteous when I checked in. When it was my appointment time I was promptly called back and the dentist introduced himself to me and let me tell him what I was having issues with.
I felt that he listened to my issues and was able to fix them. He stated that if I had anymore issues to please call and let the office know and then they could get me in for an appointment. I appreciated the care that he gave me and that he was so complete in my care. I also love the fact that they also are able to check to see if my insurance covers something before they schedule it. The hygienist was also accomodating and made sure that I was okay during my appointment. They always have a smile on and are ready to help.

I'm impressed with how quickly they can get me in, how they're on top of my insurance for me and the new dentist is fantastic! a shout out to Paige, dental assistant, who is just awesome! she calms my fear of the dentist, explains everything so you understand what's going to happen, and has such compassion for her patients. she always puts me at ease. thank you Paige!

I was nervous to go in as I don’t have good teeth for my age at all. Although I got my biggest insecurity (most visible bad tooth) filled on my first visit. Everyone carefully walked me through what was going on and consistently checked on me to make sure I was doing okay with the filling. I walked out completely satisfied and happy to come back😁 super excited for the journey of having healthy teeth again

I love Appleton Dental! The dental assistants are very sweet and patient. The dentist I had (Dr. Arjun ) is very thorough in explaining your procedure, answering any questions and always checking to make sure you are comfortable during the process. I have had excellent care during my visits. They are very professional and I will continue with them for future dental care.
