I have had experience of three other care facilities in this area, both for my mother and my sister. Apple Valley knocked my socks off. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever is needed for you. I was quite impressed with the coordination between caregivers and doctors and therapist. Communication was excellent. They reached out to me when they had questions. My sister was quite happy with the food and the care. I cannot imagine a better experience. Certainly it is still a care home, but the staff make this one really special.

My mom was here for a month and had great physical and occupational therapists, very caring staff and good medical care. Our experience exceeded our expectations. It’s clean, well-run and she even thought the food was pretty good! We’ve had experiences with other SNF’s and this one was very much better than facilities we’ve had relatives stay in the past. Staffing in these places is always too low due to Medicare and state laws but this place does a really nice job given the constraints they face. I’m grateful that they helped my mom so much.

This morning, I went to Apple Valley to visit a patient there, having been there previously many times. As always, the experience was good. The staff was extremely helpful and the atmosphere was positive.

This facility is top notch. The staff really cares about the residence and keeping everyone safe and healthy. I was there with my company on a vaccine clinic to vaccinate Covid and flu and etc. for staff and residence. Catherine was the coordinator and she is amazing at her job. She works so hard for her patience to get what they need and keep them comfortable.

Our loved one sent for rehab after a fall was put in a small room with two ther patients. No room for chair to get up or for visitors. The staff were nice but understaffed so he was just left in bed most of the time and did not receive the rehab to get stronger to go home in fact he got weaker and sick there from crowded conditions.

They took care of my mom, I was very happy we took her there the staff are awesome. They truly are kind and loving with their patients. I recommend this place nurses, doctors, and physical therapist all were gentle and kind with my mom.

The staffs are wonderful, friendly and respectful. Staffs constantly checked on my father, phones are answered, making it very easy for me to speak with someone. All my questions were properly answered and my dad is very happy about the therapy he gets. Although it's only been 3 days since my dad has been transferred there, he is already amazed from the amount of care he's getting
