Easily handicapp parking and roofed drive area. At time of visit drop off area blocked by an Uber driver. Reported to receptionist. Area clear of parked vehicles. Facility was clean, waiting area comfortable.

I am a caregiver who frequently uses the Apple Hill facility in York, Pa. Recently I have experienced food delivery drivers who park their vehicles in the drop off area for handicap patients. They leave their vehicles and go into the building leaving no place for handicap people to be dropped off safely. There should be a designated area for these people to park so patients who need to use this drop off area are able to.

I have attended this practice for many years but am very disappointed. I had cataract surgery a year ago and was told it was too early to schedule for next year and they would call for the next appointment. I did not hear from them so called. Was informed my previous doctor left the practice and the soonest I could be seen was mid September. That would be 17 months! I was told that a number of doctors left the practice and they are in the process of hiring new staff. When my Wellspan doctor of 20 years left (what IS going on at Wellspan?), at least I received a letter and was given three months notice. Not this time. Looking for a new eye doctor.

Absolutely horrible experience from beginning to end. I was in building "C" Suite #199 for a stress test. Masks are required but mine wasn't good enough. It needs to be medical grade. My appt was at 10am. I got there at 9:50am and was taken back pretty quick. I sat in the back "lounge" after putting a gown on. 45 minutes later I'm taken back for my stress test. During my walk/run on the treadmill, I had to wear my mask! How in God's name are you supposed to run on a treadmill with a mask on?! A few times I felt like I was going to pass out! But you need to wear your mask... Absolutely disgusted!

Don't bother going to the children's heart group to drop off any sort of medical equipment that they request back. Just mail it because they won't be open anyway. It says they're open until 4:30 and they are definitely not

Another great experience at Apple Hill Medical Center will get you in and they get you out I do good work on you at the same time and also appointments are on time
So if I ever need to see a doctor I will make sure I get a Apple hill
