My family and moved out of state last year and were concerned we would not have access to a vet comparable to the one we used for over a decade. This vet is a gem and their service is the best. The whole staff is so friendly, kind and helpful, and they genuinely care about the patients. I usually speak with Kelly and she has never been anything but pleasant and understanding even when we had to have a last minute cancelation. I hope to use them for years to come

Amazing care for our four legged family member!! All staff members are kind animal loving people. I was very happy with the care for our baby kitten. They answered all my questions and they were very helpful. Brittany gave us a call the next day to check up on Brooklyn to make sure she was doing well after her first visit.. thank you all!!

I bring my five Pomeranians here, and the staff—Brittany, Kelly, and Hope—are always wonderful and attentive. My senior dog, Tiger, was diagnosed with liver failure, and we’ve been working closely with Dr. Valese to monitor his health through blood tests and supplements. The staff is always thorough during check-ins, asking about my pets’ well-being, any changes in behavior, and any other concerns. They are also very transparent about service costs, always reviewing them with us and seeking approval before proceeding. Whenever I have a question, they promptly respond via text or phone. You can truly feel that everyone here cares deeply about animals and strives to provide personalized, attentive care for your pet.

I can’t say enough how pleased I have been with the folks at the Animal Hospital of Mt Pocono. They have taken superb care of my pup, Alfie, who I brought home from a rescue shelter about a year ago. Also, about 1.5 years ago, they helped nurse my sick rabbit, Downy, back to health from a scary illness, and he is still thriving and happy to this day. It wasn’t easy finding a vet who would care for my “exotic” pet rabbit, either. Further, the entire staff - Dr. Valese, Joshua, Kelly, and their vet techs - are all just so friendly, accommodating, helpful, and genuinely caring toward all the animals. It’s so reassuring to find such a warm, nurturing, and capable team!

Excellent care and attention for our young and old cats from Dr. Valese, Hope, Brittany, Kelly, and everyone else. They have been very understanding when we have been unable to keep our appointments, and have provided care that has given our oldest cat considerable improvement in his health. I’ve had the pleasure to meet the friendliest staff here at the animal hospital, they keep you in the loop of everything that’s going on with your pet and results.
