I had a horrible experience with Mr Andrew Kenneth Chinnock. I went in for a routine physical and to discuss the fact that I have blood circulation issues in my toes and fingers due to a documented health condition that my mother has as well. Andrew said that I "should just wear socks" and that "you are XX years old, you don't have any medical issues" and didn't do anything to check on my legitimate medical concern. He stated he could give me a nerve test to see if I had nerve damage, and I stated that I didn't want to get nerve damage to begin with which is why I came in to see him to address the medical issue that I am having. HE pretty much told me he wouldn't doe anything for me until I get nerve damage. What a horrible experience. I wasn't asking for pain medicine or anything like that, I simply wanted him to test for my legitimate medical concern and then discuss next steps in order to alleviate/mitigate/minimize the issue. I explained that I needed a heater pointed directly at me all day while working in order to keep my feet, toes, hands and fingers from turning white and painful due to blood circulation issues. I took a picture and tried to show it to him and he wouldn't even look at the photo. He literally left the room without saying goodbye... I had to get up out of the room, go find another associate and then ask for my annual vaccines and documents. He was rude, apprehensive and unprofessional. I would highly recommend steering clear of this Nurse Practitioner if you have a legitimate medical concern. I cannot believe that in this day and age this is how Medical Practitioners treat their patients. Andrew Kenneth Chinnock is just another example of the broken American healthcare system. I will be getting a new provider and would highly recommend that other patients steer clear of this medical practitioner.

I waited over a month for an appointment. When I finally saw him he engaged with me for approximately five minutes. He said I needed to have X-ray before treatment and the visit was only a consultation. He recommended I take Gabapentin. I was seeking a holistic approach for my extreme nerve pain. His attitude was unsympathetic . I left his office with disappointment .
