Have used them almost a decade. They have a hard time keeping employees (I honestly don't know the reason), so constantly dealing with people in training isn't fun.
HOWEVER, most of them are extremely kind and helpful. Their hours are amazing, making it very convenient for their customers (including delivery). They offer flu/covid shots. I would choose them over a huge "box store" 8 days out of the week ?

Absolutely do not come here. Stood here for over 30 minutes after the lady said “Give me a minute I’ll get you checked in” then proceeded to take care of people who walked in after me and I could not get her attention. Just straight up ignored me. After she did check me in she told me that everyone she checked in after I got there would get their stuff first and unfortunately since I didn’t “talk to her” she had to take care of them first. People in the drive thru and people calling got almost all of the priority. One lady began casually talking about phone chargers and the employee sat there entertaining the conversation for several minutes. One person running everything and obviously people stacked inside waiting in line and the drive thru wrapped around. Absolutely horrible experience everytime I’ve had to use this pharmacy. I only come here if I absolutely have to have medicine and my other pharmacy is closed. This place needs an overhaul and someone to come in and manage it because this is awful.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this pharmacy. We had to get scripts here after surgery at the hospital and sat waiting for one hour before we could get service, and then nearly that much longer to actually get the scripts. I can appreciate unstaffed/busy to a degree but this is nonfunctional.

Really disappointed would not recommend. The cashier had a terrible attitude and treated all the customers with all kinds of disdain. The hospital called in prescriptions so I waited awhile before I went to pick them up . When I got there and approached the cashier she told me it would be 25-30 minutes so I left and came back in an hour .When I returned the same cashier nastily announced it was not ready but didn’t bother to let me know how much longer it might be.
I thought who needs this negative energy anyway after having been at the hospital for hours with my husband. I left and will ask to have the prescriptions sent to my regular pharmacists Joe and Lisa and the crew at Laws in the morning. They are wonderful just aren’t open this late.
Sad Mr. Fields passed . He always took good care of us after hours.
Just be prepared if you have to go here!

Do not recommend this place. Been sitting in the drive thru for over an hour & haven’t moved. I am second in line and the person in front of me have yet to get their prescription. Hire more employees because this is ridiculous. I would give no stars if possible that’s how awful of a place this is.

Wow absolutely amazed by this pharmacy had a prescription that needed to be picked up ASAP and within 10 minutes the prescription was filled and I was on my way I cannot begin to say how much I recommend this pharmacy I will be switching all of my medication over to this pharmacy this is my first time using it and above and beyond what I thought was possible thank you so much Ben

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Customer service is terrible. I made 2 trips to get my prescription and the wait time was unbelievable. The place is cluttered and dirty.
Customers are ignored. Not enough employees. Do not use this pharmacy.

Anderson's is a well known family business. They deliver for no charge. Until they forget about you! Then you have some lady yelling here is your vag medicine for your bacteria. Then you have to yell out I wouldn't have to go back if the first med wasn't expired. And the birth control patch I put on my arm found it stuck to my husband's cheek I guess the wind blew that way. The candy sticks to itself and the shelf.
