The Hospice Team at Ancora provided exceptional and compassionate care for my Dad in his last few months with us. Nurse Esther was our "Earthly Angel" during this difficult time. She placed his best interest as top priority and kept us informed through every decision. I am eternally grateful for her.
The AfterCare program provided by Ancora was also a wonderful experience. Elizabeth made sure that I had a wealth of resources at my finger tips to help guide me through the challenging days ahead. RESPECTFUL + COMPASSIONATE CARE = ANCORA

We highly recommend Ancora Health and Hospice . Following hospitalization Bill needed more care than I could provide. An amazing team of nurses Carrie, April, and Heather came alongside at his weakest time followed by PT Jimmy who patiently worked with Bill to find exercises he liked to participate in. Meanwhile Occupational Therapist Tessa found three simple solutions to issues causing me great distress and much lost sleep. OT Lindsey helped him to regain independence in other areas. I have to admit that those three really brought the FUN to recovery with them when they visited. Speech therapist Jessica gave me several tips as well! Bill was back to better in a very short time. We are grateful to this incredible Ancora team who worked totally in sync to help us through a really tough time. ❤️

I can’t say enough great things about Ancora. We recently used their services for my dad. He had Mary for his nurse and she was simply- amazing! She brought so much comfort to not only my dad but to all of us. She was such a calming presence and was very thoughtful, thorough and available for any questions we had at any time. She has a high level of compassion and empathy. During such a difficult time, Mary made the end of life process easier (if that is possible). We are very grateful for Ancora and the services they offered. Highly recommend!!!

Not only do I work for Ancora as a hospice nurse, I also used their services for my own father in 2023 for both home health and hospice. As a hospice nurse myself, I know quality care, so using Ancora was an easy decision for me! Many thanks to the entire staff, especially nurses Esther and Danielle, and Christi Angelo, NP and Dr. Melendez. Triton equipment company also deserves a thanks as they were speedy to deliver equipment and help with oxygen concentrator issues after hours. I was able to keep my dad at home and manage his difficult end of life symptoms because of your support for both him and myself. May God continue to bless your efforts in serving our community!

Ancora/Hospice (Wasilla, Alaska) supervised our mother's care for three weeks following a debilitating stroke.

Their staff worked well with the employees at PrimRose Assisted Living where Mom had an apartment.

The Ancora staff nurses, Esther and Clint, were caring, patient, and always explained comfort care changes that were made when necessary.

The support/counseling options, offered by Ancora, that we took advantage of after our mother died have been very helpful.

Our family highly recommends Ancora/Hospice services.

My husband was placed on Hospice after his doctor gave him 6 months to live. That same day Hospice arrived at our home where we met Nurse Sunny. I was most impressed with how quickly things were set up in our home. Meds were ordered and showed up within the hour as well as medical equipment. Jenny was my husband's health aide who gave him a sponge bath, washed his hair and shaved his face. She was ever so gentle and caring. I highly recommend Ancora hospice to anyone needing it.
It really took a lot of pressure off me so I could spend quality time with my husband toward the end of his life.

Having Hospice come into our home for mom meant one thing, end of life. It was a very sad decision, but also the right one. I have cared for my mom for a long time. They didn't try to take over, they assisted me and brought knowledge and an incredible team of people who allowed me a little bit of "daughter" time back. I am very grateful to my mom's nurses and how they cared for her, but also how they cared for us.

These are a great group of caring, supportive professionals. They helped me when I was in Hospice and continued to provide home health after I graduated. Most recently they helped with pressure sores that have completely healed. I love all of you at Ancora!
